I used Fairfield florist for my wedding and worked with Amber. When I came in, she immediately asked me what I was looking for and being like most brides these days, I had a Pintrest picture ready. Amber was wonderful working with me on my budget and giving me options to allow me to stay within this budget. I ordered my bridal bouquet, 5 bridesmaid bouquets, a flower girl small bouquet, 7 groomsmen boutonnieres, and 2 Mother corsages.
The day before my wedding, I received a call from Amber stating that my bouquets were ready and that they were beautiful and looked just like the picture I provided. My father went and picked them up and brought them to our venue I cannot tell you how happy I was with them. They were all exactly what I had envisioned and looked beautiful being held as bouquets and also as table decor!
I cannot recommend Fairfield Florist and Amber enough!

Fairfield Florist was amazing to work with. I was trying to keep my flowers budget around $1,000. Most of the other florists in Fairfield that I called refused to work with me on that budget. However, Fairfield Florists was happy to work with me, and was able to provide me with seven bouquets, six boutonnieres, flower petals and lovely centerpieces for all 12 of my tables. At the last minute, when I realized that I needed fewer centerpieces, they were happy to shave a few off my order. Yolanda was always professional, and provided great ideas for the centerpieces and bouquets.

Fairfiel Florist did a beautiful job on the bouquets but I would recommend not putting flowers in the plastic or metal flower holders that a bride carries. They are useless...not only did some of my flowers begin to fall out as soon as finished walking down the isle but in the end it is really difficult to reserve the flowers as a keepsake. The bridesmaids flowers were perfectly fine and stayed looking fresh with the rafia being tied around the stems. I had an October wedding so I used very colorful flowers of oranges and purples. The Florist put a Monarch Butterfly into my bouquet. The other problem was that they lost my contract for a short while...thank goodness my mom had given them a deposit and they had cashed it. they ended up finding my contract at another office. The florist shop that I went to is now closed but this is where the flowers contract was found in the end. We also had the florist put flowers on my cake and that really made my cake.

I was so excited when I walked into Fairfield Florist. Charlene, the owner was so nice, quoted me a reasonable price for what I was looking for and seemed to know EXACTLY what I wanted. She assured me that I had nothing to worry about, everything was going to be perfect, she was even going to set up my reception flowers herself. When i left, she handed me a bouquet of flowers just for having her give me a quote. She told me on the day of my wedding to have someone who is not part of the wedding pick up the bouquets and boutonniere's just to take away some of the stress of the day so that way they will be there when I get to the church. I first saw my bouquet which was really pretty, followed by the girl's bouquets, which were also very pretty. My colors were very bright. Hot pink, orange, and yellow. I got to the boutonniere's and immediately reached for my phone. It was 2 hours before my wedding and she gave me purple boutonniere's, which was obviously not one of my colors and clashed horribly with the other flowers. I asked for Charlene who told me she didn't believe they were purple. I assured her they did not match and asked if she could make yellow roses, which were in my bouquet. I did not order purple and was very upset with it. She told me the person who approved my flowers didn't mention a color problem and I reminded her she told me to have someone who was not involved in the wedding pick up the flowers so clearly he had no idea what kind of flower or colors I had, he was just a pick up person. I needed 9 flowers between the groom, groomsmen, ringbearer, and dads. The mothers corsages were also supposed to be wrist corsages and were pin on's. She wanted me to return the flowers first, at this point I was to walk down the aisle in one and a half hours and told her that was impossible. I could have someone pick them up. She agreed and when my father in law got there she had 5 boutonniere's prepared. I called her back and told her I told her twice we needed nine and she told me "you're making this really difficult". My response to her was she was making this really difficult. I did not receive what I paid for and she said she gets flowers from different growers so there might be a slight color difference. There was nothing slight about hot pink and purple. I told her if she got them in and saw a color difference I should have been notified and would have gladly picked something different. She was extremely hateful on the phone and all of a sudden wanted to charge me almost $400 for 9 boutonniere's. They obviously didn't cost that much to begin with. I got off the phone very upset with her and 30 min before the wedding my father in law came in with all of the yellow rose boutonniere's. She gave them to him under the condition we bring the purple one's back the next day. I was so disappointed in that business. She was horribly rude and did not give me what I ordered. My mother never got her wrist corsage either, we ordered that because her dress had a lining in it that we could not pin a flower into. she tied a hair tie around it and placed it on her wrist. I will NEVER do business with her again or refer anyone to EVER go there. Too bad 0 wasn't a choice for the professionalism rating.
