If you are looking for a DJ/MC for ANY event I cannot recommend MILES OTWAY at Extreme DJ Services enough! Yes the vibes and music are impeccable and he knows how to read a crowd and keep the party going. Also incredibly professional, while still being super friendly, warm and welcoming. (the biggest smile and best laugh - I know that's a strange thing to call out, but I've been to some weddings where the DJ is so in the zone they hardly smile or look up- not Miles, he's smiling and having fun with you and your guests the entire time. )


But hands down the BEST part about Miles is his MC skills! DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THE IMPORTANCE OF A GOOD MC FOR YOUR WEDDING OR ANY EVENT! It makes the entire flow of the evening smoother, and more engaging. And Miles is THE M/DJ you want trust me. He is also a standup comic so he is beyond comfortable on the microphone and had all of my guests cracking up before we entered. He took the time to learn about our family and friends and then warmed up the crowd and kept them engaged throughout the night. Think about when you go watch a taping of a late night TV show they usually have a comic come out and warm up the crowd before the guests come on, that was basically what Miles did for our entire wedding and it was AMAZING. No awkward lulls between speeches, he kept the event moving along in a fun way not a sterile way, the most amazing couple introduction you could imagine, and throughout the night he even referenced things mentioned in earlier speeches which really showed he was actively engaged the whole night. He was such a standout at my friends wedding that I had to use him for mine! And multiple guests came up to me mentioning how wonderful he was.


I can't wait for those of you reading this review to book him and then think back to this review after you have your event and think to yourself "wow that girl was SO right. " Having a fantastic charismatic MC is one of those things that people often don't think about or overlook but it's something that takes your event from great, to absolutely standout memorable. And Miles is the man to do it - we can't thank you enough Miles!

I found this vendor here on wedding wire and I don’t know much about DJs. When booking I had one dj assigned to me but it was soon changed to a different dj and I am so happy it was. Cody Gunn was outstanding he understood my request and my vibe! He communicated effectively and even tho I got rain on my wedding day he kept the party going ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else

Kevin, our DJ, made the evening very fun! We were able to select a number of songs prior to the event and he had all of them ready to go. Instead of a 1st dance we got everyone on the dance floor and took a group picture. Kevin then started the dance music. People did not sit down the rest of the evening! I received many compliments how fun the wedding was, and I think Kevin played a role in that.

DJ Keith Campbell made our wedding so much fun!! Not only did he expertly choose the music to keep the party going, he was also such a great MC! He kept the wedding moving smoothly and he gave us pointers on when to do our speeches and how to enter during the grand entrance. He was extremely communicative throughout the entire process. We had an initial phone call with Keith to discuss our vision for the music for the wedding and he put us at ease. We received so many compliments on what an AMAZING job Keith did and our guests had so much fun on the dance floor. I would highly recommend hiring Keith for your wedding!!

I knew I wanted to hire Extreme DJ Service when they worked at a friend's wedding because they literally played the best music and did an excellent job, and I am I thrilled I was able to use them for my wedding! Alex was our DJ, and he was highly professional and quickly responded to emails. I really liked that he took the time to schedule phone meetings to review my preferences and the timeline, in which he came prepared and organized on the day of. He asked thoughtful questions in regard to preparing for any announcements he would make during the reception. I also really liked that Extreme DJ Service provides you with a log-in for their portal and you can manage all of your song preferences and payments. Additionally, they offered a variety of packages that can align with anyone's budget. I also used them for uplights! Overall, I was very pleased with Extreme DJ Service!

We had Eric as our DJ and he knew exactly what to do! We only had him for our reception because we got married in a church. He played the playlist we had on our Spotify for cocktails and dinner, and got the vibe from our dancing playlist to create a party atmosphere on the dance floor! He has an amazing stage presence while letting the wedding party shine. And he had tricks up his sleeves to keep everyone on the dancing the whole time. My favorite things about him was that he actually mixed music on the dance floor to transition songs! Many weddings I've been to, the DJ plays the whole track of one song, which doesn't allow for all songs to be played or creates a lull; Eric would play a good minute or two of a song then mix it to slide seamlessly into the next song, and he was able to do this from switching from 80s to today's music. Also on a professional level, he is very easy to talk to and gets back to you right away.

We hired Extreme DJ Service after having a terrible experience with a previously booked DJ. Extreme DJ went above and beyond in communication and ensuring we had all of our questions answered. We used Gabe and he was fantastic in working with me directly and putting together the best playlist for our big day. The music was spot on with what we were looking for...a bit of a mix for everyone! Gabe was also a GREAT MC and kept the night moving along beautifully.

Eric Morales was very professional and responsive. He set up a call with me almost immediately after I reached out and provided me with an overview of their services and how he could work with me to fit my budget. I let him know my Groom is a former Marine, so Eric paired us with one of his DJ’s who is also a former Marine, Ray. Ray then called me to set up a “meet and greet” by phone. He was also very professional and I could tell he was experienced in MCing weddings. Ray and my now husband got along great since they bonded over their Marine history. Prior to the wedding, I had some questions for Ray regarding the songs for the First Dance, Father/Daughter and Mother/Son dances, etc. Ray made himself available and took the time to talk through my musical vision for the day. On the day of my wedding, Ray looked very professional, wearing a suite and tie. He also helped keep the day on schedule and played all of the songs I had requested and at the time I had requested they be played (i.e. cake cutting, during dinner, during dancing, etc.). Ray and Eric were both very friendly and I would highly recommend Extreme DJ Services.

We chose this company because they DJ'd for another family member's wedding. Alex Espinoza was amazing! He was so attentive and made us feel so special. He kept our guests on the dance floor the entire night. Everyone is still talking about what a great time they had. We are so appreciative of the effort given to make it a perfect night.
