Exquisite Delites offered one of the best if not the best venue/catered experiences. The venue is very beautiful. It is fully renovated with updated decor.

For the function I attended, the venue has just the right amount of spacing so you do not feel cramped. The food was nothing less than amazing. The medley of vegetables, potatoes, chicken and fish were superb. The fish and chicken was so tender. The staff is very professional, attentive and the venue was very clean. I will definitely consult them on any future functions.

Exquisite Delites catering, service, and all around support was one of the primary highlights of our wedding. When we met Chef Eric and Sandra Centeno during our food tasting, we connected immediately and knew we wanted them to be a part of our special event. It was one of the best decisions we made! The food was outstanding – we had several friends request the recipes after the event (especially the butternut squash mashed potatoes). Exquisite Delites took special care of our guest’s dietary needs (gluten-free, allergies, vegetarians, etc) and prepared a menu that was flavorful, upscale, unique, and healthy. During the event, many people went back for seconds and thirds! We’ve received several texts that it was the best wedding food they had ever had…from people that have been to hundreds of weddings. Beyond the food, the service and bartending was impeccable and elevated our event. All of our guests felt cared for and special. Our family and friends also really enjoyed getting to know Chef Eric, Sandra, and the entire Exquisite Delites staff, as they are all great people. I know everybody's favorite part of the night from my 50th birthday party was the dining and open bar experience provided by Chef Eric & Sandra Centino of Exquisite Delites. The delectable display of my favorite foods attracted a long line of hungry guests who sampled a variety of chicken wings like lemon pepper, garlic parmesan, dry rub bbq, and more. The street taco bar's savory options included barbacoa, chicken, fish, and tofu, but the catfish sliders brought guests back in line for more. I could not have ask for a better catering company. I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Exquisite took care of every detail.

Exquisite Delites Catering Company is absolutely wonderful! I played double duty at my friend’s wedding (day of coordinator and guest) and wanted to share my experience. As the day-of-coordinator, they were professional and accommodating and a true pleasure to work with. They were able to accommodate all of the last-minute requests, including one from a vegan that they were not expecting. This person was truly grateful for them being able to pivot so easily – and the food was DELICIOUS! The presentation of the food was beautiful. The food was delicious and as mentioned all staff was pleasant and professional. All around, I absolutely recommend Exquisite Delites Catering Company for a stress free event with fantastic food!

Exquisite Delites came through in a MAJOR way for my parents anniversary party. They have been married over 50 years and my sister and I wanted to do something special during g COVID-19. We decided on a Zoom party. To make it feel like we were all together, I wanted to have the affair catered. This was going to be quite undertaking. Even though the party was small, all of the guests lived in different states. I wanted the food to taste amazing and have the "WOW factor". Since I have had their date night meals and other specialties, I immediately called Exquisite Delites to see if they could make my dream a reality. They said yes and did they ever! Exquisite Delites shipped 12 meals to 4 different states, and made exceptions for those with food allergies. The menu: Appetizers- assorted cheese and charcuterie. Salad - Spinach with poached pears, candied pecans, macerated figs, goat cheese and balsamic vinaigrette. Main Course - Herb Crusted European Sea Bass with white wine and shallot sauce, and charred asparagus, Pan Seared Filet Mignon, Bacon Horseradish Pomme Puree, red wine sauce. Dessert - Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Cake with Raspberry Coulis, white chocolate pearls and swirls. Since it was long distance, the meals were mostly cooked and each guest would finish up the rest when the meal arrived at their home. OMG!! All meals arrived at their destinations ON TIME, packaged with CARE, with very clear, easy-to-follow instructions for warming. The guests felt so special and everyone RAVED about the food!! Chef Eric is extremely talented and the staff was so thorough! Everything was perfect and so delicious!! We couldn't have asked for a better experience!! We were enjoying the food so much, I forgot to take pictures of it all.🤦🏽‍♀️ I did include a picture of the set up. So much could have gone wrong but Exquisite Delites service was on point! BOTTOM LINE: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for any catering event. You will be blown away!

We decided to have our wedding reception catered and Chef Eric was available to help plan our menu. Exquisite Delites took our anniversary dinner to the next level! My husband and I decided to host an intimate sit down dinner for 12 in our home for our Anniversary. We wanted a restaurant vibe without the worry of wearing masks etc. Exquisite Delites worked with us on the perfect menu, booking and payment was EASY. The night of the event they arrived EARLY, set up and we had NO worries. We sat and were served. The food quality, taste, temperature and presentation was perfect. The custom cocktail was excellent. They created an experience!! The food was SO good my friends and I talked about it for weeks. My husband said the salmon was the best he's had in his life. Another guest commented, she had never experienced fine dining and now she has. She was so happy to be invited. Our guests gave Chef Eric a round of applause after dessert. I want to thank Exquisite Delites. I will use them again for any event. It's worth every penny. You will not be disappointed!

It’s been a month ago we had our event and I still have the taste of exquisite delights in my mouth.
