Cindi and David Freeburn, the founders of Exhilaride (Street Legal) Golf Cart Rentals in Delray Beach FL, fell in love with the town while visiting in the 1990's. Several years ago, the Phiiladelphia area couple bought a second home in Delray, and more recently sold their residence in PA and became full time residents of Palm Beach County, FL.

David is an avid tennis player and enjoys the excellent facilities available. Cindi loves the weather, urban setting and top rated beaches. They bothare community-minded and volunteer through various organizations to "give back" to the community.

Their goals in establishing a business in Delray were to enhance the live-work-play motto the city personifies, to "give back" to the community with a business that is environmentally friendly, and to add an element of fun for visitors and residents alike. After a few months in the think tank, Exhilaride was conceived.

Street Legal Golf Cart Rentals are new to Delray Beach. Many residents, especially in the family-friendly community of Lake Ida, own golf carts and know how great they are for getting around town and to the beach. In addition to being "green" (electric) the carts seat up to 6 passengers, take up less parking space, and are a quiet and connected way to enjoy the beach-side community.

The Freeburns are optimistic that their business will grow in the months ahead, enabling them to add to their fleet as well as to provide jobs for others in Delray Beach!
