Bait and switch with the limousine rented online, different drivers who were not qualified and drivers leaving to run other jobs during the time that I paid for. I give personalized service and the car that you rent is the car that you get 100 percent of the time. I will be with you step by step and if you have any questions, you can bring them to me directly instead of calling a call center which is frustrating.
