Flowers from them were gorgeous and the staff was trustworthy and friendly

I got a recommendation to check out this florist from another bride and at first they were booked on our wedding day. I called back a few months later and luckily they had an opening. The main thing I wanted to spend money on for the wedding was the bouquets and from the moment I started explaining the colors and flowers I wanted, he named off tons and tons of options and showed me pictures. He is VERY VERY knowledgeable about every type of flower and I knew the bouquets would be beautiful. Sure enough, they were AMAZING! I knew they would be great but they were even better than I expected!! We went really simple for our centerpieces with just 2 different size vases with a stem of a different flower in each and they were awesome! I would highly highly recommend booking this florist!!!!

When I first met with Bryan I was very pleased, he did my sister's wedding flowers and those turned out great so I thought it'd be an easy decision to use them for my wedding. I came to Bryan with pictures and ideas of exactly what I wanted and he wrote everything down and gave me a copy with estimated pricing for each item. I called him 2 weeks before the wedding to make sure things were still set and that we agreed on what was being done and it all seemed to be smooth sailing. The day of the wedding my parents picked up my flowers because they do not deliver to Des Moines, when I saw them I knew instantly that 2 of the bouquets (Junior Bridesmaid and Toss Bouquets) were NOT what I had asked for. The color of pink was completely different than the rest of the bouquets and instead of green orchids he used green button mums in the the Jr bouquet and the toss bouquet wasn't a bouquet. Instead it was a small arrangement of Eucalyptis leaves and 3 roses..My sister called the florist shop for me and the lady that talked to her said that Bryan was no longer in the store but he had run short on the flowers he needed and so they improvised and she stated that they could not be returned and our money could not be returned to us. Eventually Bryan called us back that day and my sister talked to him, instantly he stated that those bouquets were what I had requested! Eventually he did agree that he ran short and was able to comp us for those two bouquets, but the customer service and honosty was unbelievable. I couldn't believe a locally owned shop would be able to lie directly to us when I actually had a copy of the order personally so I knew what he had written down for his planning and didn't even call to alert me of the changes to begin with. Needless to say..my family will not use him again for other services or weddings. Very disappointed.
