My husband and I hired Heather and Jen as our wedding (and engagement session) photographers. Out of all of our vendors, we were most pleased with these two! They are hilarious, super friendly, and SO helpful. They made the day go so smoothly as they were prompt, organized, and able to quickly redirect our bridal party (which included little kids) as needed. They know how to get the job done! We absolutely LOVED our engagement session pictures (which were sent to us very quickly), and although we have not seen the wedding photos yet, we know they will turn out absolutely perfect! These girls are super accommodating and flexible as well - I had asked for an early picture to print on our guests' thank you cards and Heather got back to me right away! I have always believed that wedding photographers and DJs were the most important vendors you will hire for your wedding day (as that is what people will remember most about your wedding years down the road) and we could not be happier with the fact that we chose Everett Jade Photography. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and for ANY occasion!

I just want to update any future brides who are looking for a photographer for their wedding. Do not book with Heather with Everettjade Photography. I will say her editing work is great, the communication and timely response is horrendous. I paid for her most expensive package which included 500+ edited images, an 8x8 photo album, engagement photos and a second photographer for the day. In the contract, the turn around time to receive the images and photo album could take 180 days, which I was fine with when signing the contract. I had reached out to her numerous times with no responses. I understand life happens but when you go weeks without responding when I sent multiple texts, it’s very unprofessional. I got married on 9/28/24. I did receive my photos after 182 days, which is only two days past contract date, but I am still waiting on my photos album and it’s been 387 days. At this point I am reaching out once a day and I am getting no response. She has told me 3 times that she has “shipped” the album and ignores me every time I ask for a tracking number. She has been telling me since August that it has shipped out. She lives an hour from me. It doesn’t take two months to receive an album. I do not want any other bride to have to go through the stress that I have been going through. It’s one thing to surpass the signed contract, but it’s another to be super unprofessional and not respond to your clients especially being a year past my wedding date! I have tried being patient but at this point I’m beyond irritated. It’s really the not responding that has me writing such a negative review about this photographer. And to top it off, I never got the second photographer for my wedding day either. She brought her daughter and all her daughter did was sit around or just stand there. She also left early from my wedding and barely got any self portraits of my husband and I. I had to hire a second photographer a month later to take more photos of my husband and I. Please save your money and find a photographer that is more respectful and cares about her clients.

I was so excited to have Everett jade photography do my son's senior pictures. I really disappointed with the results and lack of communication. I paid in full when I scheduled because that was the only way they would schedule. I also gave a tip. We had multiple reschedules and I was told that I would get pictures back within 1-2 weeks. After a month, still no pictures. I reached out again with a response that I would get the next day. No pictures once again. I messaged her again on Facebook messenger and received a message saying she had sent the pictures the day before. I looked everywhere and realized it was sent from a personal email. They did my niece's senior pictures and hers turned out so good. I was so excited to use this company but became very frustrated and disappointed. I totally understand that the timing doesn't always pan out the way intended. Communication is key. The unknown is what is frustrating and if handled a different way the outcome would have been so much better.
