Not only is she knowledgeable and capable in every aspect of planning/coordinating a wedding, but she's able to handle each and every task presented to her with a calm readyness. That is further strengthened by her ability to assert what she or the bride/groom needs firmly but fairly. You never feel thrown by anything or unheard when working with her. Things stay organized and the timeline is kept tidy while still allowing for room to breathe. She makes you feel entirely heard and cared for while still maintaining a professional attitude. Michelle has such a calming presence- which is more appreciated than she will know! There were numerous times when I reached out to her in a panic about certain things and she graciously walked me thru each issue/question to ease my mind. I am an indecisive person to begin with and she helped with some of my decision making...and not in a way to sway my decision, but to offer pros/cons of each situation to help me make the decision myself. About a month out from the wedding she took the reigns and she made herself the point of contact with each of my vendors to help ease the stress. On the wedding day she was wonderful and I cannot be more grateful! She received so many compliments not only from us, but family, friends, and vendors as well. She is so easy to work with. If there was a problem-she fixed it and she was always on top of things. If I had to do it all over again I would 100% choose her hands down!
