I truly cannot imagine having planned our wedding without Michelle! From start to finish, she was the calm, steady presence we needed. Her professionalism and warm demeanor made every step feel manageable, even when things got hectic toward the end. She was incredibly helpful with scheduling, coordinating with vendors, and gracefully navigating the different dynamics of both of our families.
What really stood out was how she kept me calm despite the unexpected weather and rain. While I was stressed about how it would impact everything, she handled it with total grace—adjusting plans on the fly, reassuring me, and making sure everything still looked beautiful and ran smoothly.
She even managed to get grass stains out of my dress—something I never thought possible in the middle of such a busy day! It’s that kind of above-and-beyond care that truly sets her apart.
Thanks to her, everything came together perfectly—and I actually got to enjoy the day! I can’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a talented, composed, and genuinely caring wedding coordinator. -

Our wedding was absolutely perfect! Ever Weddings handled all it all so well, so professionally, and so seamlessly. I highly recommend their service!! Michelle had it all under control, which lifted a huge weight from my shoulders. Everything was coordinated phenomenally, and everything went perfect! I cannot thank them enough for their work! Michelle is an absolute boss when it comes to weddings, always so confident with the details and almost stealthy in execution. And she's not only extremely competent, but also incredibly kind.
We relied so heavily on her on the wedding day and the days leading up to it and we were not disappointed. Our wedding day would not have been the same without her! She was a calming presence in the midst of what could easily have become a stressful hurricane of details. My husband and I (as well as our parents) could be present and enjoy the day while she managed to make all the things run smoothly. We are beyond thankful that we had her to lean on!

Michelle had an amazing calming effect whenever I started to feel any type of stress. She made the wedding planning part so fun and I was able to enjoy every single second. Michelle is also very responsive-it was incredible that I could text her about anything and she would respond immediately!
Michelle also would think about every single little detail that I wouldn’t have even thought about (such as what type of knife to use to cut the cake, sunset photos, etc) and she had everything timed to the minute. There is NOTHING I would change about my wedding and it is because of all of Michelle’s help and wisdom! I would HIGHLY recommend Michelle!

From the moment we talked, Michelle was incredible- organized, efficient, so on top of things that I hadn't even thought of. It truly is hard to put into words how much of a positive impact she had on our wedding. She was my go to for everything and I could not be more thankful for her. Seriously- HIRE HER. It will be your best wedding decision. -

Ever Weddings is the perfect fit for the bride who wants to be very hands on in their planning but need guidance and all the tools to help them plan the day they envision! Michelle has so many incredible tools including great advice on vendors for you to use to help plan the perfect day and keep you on task. She is also so good about checking in to make sure things are getting done and she always put my scattered mind at ease during the process. Then wow in terms of day off, she is EVERYTHING you need. She was putting out little “fires” all day so that I could focus on what really mattered. I felt like I got to be completely present and enjoy my day while she took care of the details! She even fixed a bridesmaid dress disaster! I am so grateful for Ever Weddings! -

Ever Weddings went above and beyond for our wedding. Michelle was an incredibly detailed coordinator who was with me every step of the process, never making me feel like a burden or like a bride with too many questions! Eliza took the lead on wedding day and made our wedding day a dream come true. She was such a hit with family and the bridal party and was able to keep everyone in line for a flawless day! Definitely the best money we spent!
I’m not the kind of bride that has a specific vision for her wedding day, and for that reason, I wasn’t sure whether or not I even wanted a wedding coordinator. Talking to some other planners on the phone definitely had me leaning in the “no” direction – they were either too expensive, too opinionated, or just… too much.
Michelle is none of those things; instead, she’s kind, patient and supportive – and her easy-going approach was exactly what I needed. She answered all of my questions, encouraged me to plan the day I truly wanted (family pressure is real, y’all!), and was there to listen and offer suggestions when I just needed someone to help the day come to life.
We were also attending a family wedding the weekend before our own wedding, so knowing Michelle was there to coordinate with vendors, iron out timeline details, and manage anything that might go wrong when we truly couldn’t be there helped us enjoy not only our own wedding, but the wedding the weekend before.
I would absolutely hire Michelle and her assistant Eliza again – not just because they handled everything so smoothly at the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, but because I felt better after every phone call and text. -

We loved working with Michelle, and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator to help their wedding day run smoothly! We planned most of our wedding ourselves, but wanted some help on the day-of so that we could focus on enjoying the special day and time with family. We starting working with Michelle just a month or two prior to our wedding, and she was so great! She is responsive and offered helpful suggestions, while also listening well and facilitating what my (now) husband and I were looking for on our wedding day. Michelle is calm and capable, and having her there on our wedding day alleviated so much stress for us and our families. She is kind, encouraging, and professional. We absolutely loved working with her and cannot recommend her highly enough! -

Michelle is wonderful in every way. From the time we met about 9 months before the wedding she was always so attentive. The week of the wedding was nightmare and she talked me through everything and kept me from completely losing it. The day of she was perfect. She kept everyone in line and made the sure the day went off without a problem. It was comforting to know I could relax and enjoy my day knowing she had a handle on things. A coordinator was something I didn’t feel like I needed until I met Michelle and I cannot stress enough how wonderful it was having her. My wedding was relaxing, stress free, and fun. We had a small wedding (~35 guests), and I was really on the fence about justifying the need for a wedding coordinator. I ran across reviews for EverWeddings online and decided Michelle seemed like a great fit.
This is one of the best decisions I made in my wedding planning process!
Michelle was easy to work with from the start - she communicates so quickly, it makes it effortless to work with her really. She's organized and guides you through your wedding planning process - letting you make the important decisions but helping you feel confident that everything will go well the day of the wedding.
Our rehearsal night was kind of crazy - 45 degrees, rainy weather, outside venue (no bride wants to experience that!), but even then, Michelle kept everything as calm as possible, we got the job done, and she made me feel like no matter how the weather turned out for the actual wedding, everything would be ok (and it was!)
On the day of the wedding, Michelle was quietly in the background the whole time. I honestly didn't have to worry about a single thing. I found out later there were a couple of hiccups during our cocktail hour and Michelle was right there to take care of everything and made sure not to let it impact our experience at all. She kept our reception on track, but was never pushy - again, just gentle guidance the whole way.
Not only is she a fantastic coordinator, she's an all around sweet person - genuine, down to earth, and is truly passionate about what she does.
If you're on the fence about whether or not to have a coordinator, my opinion is that it's an investment worth every penny. Even if you think you have it all worked out on your own, you can't put a price on peace of mind. -

I could not have asked for a better wedding planner. Michelle was incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She was always quick to respond, had wonderful recommendations on places to eat and where to order my wedding supplies. As the wedding got closer and I thought I was going to lose my mind between vendors and family she picked up on it right away, swooped in and had it under control in no time. The wedding day went seamlessly. She made sure to check on me periodically and if I had any concerns they were taken care of. She was even on board to help during a bathroom crisis! Throughout all of this she made sure to check that decisions being made were what I wanted and not being made without my input. She is absolutely wonderful and a dream to work with. My sister even decided to hire her for her wedding! -

I am so glad we had Michelle as our wedding coordinator. Even before the wedding she helped us with vendor recommendations, putting together our timeline, and making sure we thought of all the little but important things we would have forgotten about. Michelle was a calm in our storm! Leading up to the wedding, she provided planning worksheets and check lists to keep us organized and in sync. She was instrumental in our rehearsal, especially since our officiant (the groom’s sister) had never conducted a wedding before. On the day of, we were confident knowing Michelle was "backstage" calling the shots and moving the show along. It was especially helpful that our friends and family could turn to her for questions, and so many guests complimented how she anticipated needs and handled the day with patience and grace. Overall, Michelle’s calm demeanor and attention to detail make her the ideal coordinator. We don’t know what we would have done without her! -

If youre trying to pick out the perfect wedding coordinator, look no further! Michelle is the best! While planning my wedding in the middle of a pandemic, Michelle was always a call or text away if I needed vendor recommendations or just had random questions. Throughout the whole process she always made sure I was doing what I wanted which was exactly what I needed to stay focused on the wedding day. She was able to contact all of the vendors the week of the wedding and make sure everything was scheduled which was a true blessing! During the actual wedding day Michelle was always a step away to make sure everything flowed perfectly but she also made sure we had everything we needed at all times. She was never too controling or too quiet during the day. She always made decisions with me in mind. Michelle was not only an amazing coordinator but she also felt like a friend at our wedding. We loved having her there every step of the way! -

Megan Sent on 02/13/2018It was a joy & gift to work with Michelle as we planned our wedding. Her response time was extremely prompt and professional. She was definitely made to be a planner as her organizational skills are topnotch. She has such a kind heart and is clearly passionate about caring for the well being of the couple throughout the whole wedding planning process. She did great at leading the rehearsal and taking charge but never once made my husband or I feel like she was trying to take over. She was polite and considerate about making sure my husband & I's preferences were heard and communicated well.
We had live music during our ceremony, and she timed everyone's entrances perfectly! My favorite advice and care she gave us was to enjoy our first meal together before we went into our reception. She made sure we had plenty of quality time together as a couple throughout our wedding day, so that we didn't end up driving away feeling like everything was a blur. (We will forever be grateful for that!)
Wedding planning is her job but she clearly works from her heart and has a passion for what she does! It's a rarity that you enjoy your vendor so much that you want to invite their husband to your wedding as well! -

From making sure I had a mimosa in hand the morning of the wedding, to picking me up a Gatorade before we headed to church to make sure I didn't get dehydrated getting ready, she noticed all the details. That's exactly who you want on your wedding team! She is a fantastic problem solver and takes over when needed. I had a minor cup crisis (which felt like a big crisis) at my reception, and Michelle took over and wouldn't let me worry about it and made sure it got handled.
She is a hard worker, kind, fun to be around and wonderful at what she does. Get her to do the hard work of planning , so you can have all the fun and focus on celebrating! -
