Having Nicki for your wedding needs is a must! She did a fabulous job with set up and take down, coordination with all vendors, creation of our wedding timeline, and recommendations for vendors. My family could enjoy my wedding without having to lift a finger. Nicki is very kind and responsive. I could always call or text with any questions or concerns, no matter how significant they were. She is also very good at hyping you up for your big day! It was so nice to be able to leave with my husband knowing all of our belongings were packed away and the venue left in tip top shape. If you want your event to flow seamlessly, you NEED to get Nicki!!!

From start to finish, Nicki was on top of everything. From the initially planning stages up until the big day, she made it a point to let my husband and I know if we needed anything to reach out. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing when it came to bringing our vision to life. If we needed anything, she was there. Her work ethic is unmatched. Nicki was the coordinator for my recent wedding and I just have to say she was absolutely amazing. Nicki is incredible! She went above and beyond every step of the way and truly exceeded all of our expectations. She stayed in constant communication, met with us in person whenever we needed, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. On the wedding day she showed up early, set everything up beautifully, and made the entire day run smoothly without a single ounce of stress on us. My wife and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did.
Nicki also had an assistant with her who was outstanding. The both of them worked so well together and made the day flow smoothly.

She truly listens to your ideas and transforms them into a reality that feels uniquely you. She’s incredibly personable, organized, and an absolute joy to work with. When unexpected weather hit, she seamlessly turned what was supposed to be an outdoor reception into the most stunning ballroom celebration. I feel so lucky and thankful to have had her by my side throughout the process.

Nicki went above and beyond the call of duty, from negotiating the best vendor prices to handle all the details both big and small, she made sure the the wedding was perfect and my wife and I were just guests at the wedding. I highly recommend.

I was originally on the fence if we should do a day of coordinator. I am beyond glad we used Nicki and her staff. They delivered more value than I could ever imagine. They handled everything on our special day from getting our memory table set to exactly how we envisioned, to fixing my wife's flowers, to making sure we didnt forget to eat. This was the single best investment in our wedding day we made, and would highly recommend it!

We could not imagine our wedding day without Nicki with Events to Remember! She was a true professional and demonstrated so much knowledge and professionalism leading up to our big day. We had numerous calls discussing timelines, vendor recommendations, venues, food, music, and everything we needed to book for the wedding. She also stayed until the very end and was the last one to leave the venue helping with cleanup, and breakdown of the whole venue. She goes above and beyond and was the perfect person to have run the show. We were so grateful to have her and she made our special day unforgettable.
