"Hiring a day-of coordinator through Events to Remember was among the best decisions we made for our wedding day. We met Nicki at a vendor open house at our venue, and I was able to ask her what day-of coordination really looks like. Getting to talk with her and learning that she was well acquainted with not only our venue but our photographer, caterer, florist, and DJ made the decision feel like a no-brainer. Not gonna lie, I am pretty tight-fisted with my wallet and take a lot of pride in DIY projects and handling things on my own, but with starting a new job, a busy volunteer season, and just life craziness in general, I figured it would make sense to have the extra help --- especially when it meant I wouldn't have to tap our aging parents or equally stressed friends with set up or tear down duties. I literally could wax poetic for way too long about how much I appreciated Nicki's help and expertise, but I'll try to keep it brief. Nicki was kind, confident, reassuring, and assertive with other vendors when needed. Her communication was great, and beyond helping us at the rehearsal and on the wedding day, she attended our linens meeting and final walk through to make sure she knew our vision and was able to offer valuable insight when decision paralysis was setting in. I did my best to be as considerate a bride as possible, but when I forgot to include an insert with the favors, or when the bunting for the ceremony space was proving unwieldy, she just said "No problem" and made it work. No matter what arose (I mean, fortunately nothing too crazy), she was on top of it with grace and aplomb. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator, and I am so grateful for the wonderful experience we had working with her."

Hiring Nicki was a great decision for us. Leading up to the wedding, she was a valued advisor who could offer us a lot of insight at the right time. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to make decisions in a very thoughtful and responsive way. At the wedding, it was so nice to have someone who would just take care of things, from helping with the setup to packing up stuff at the end of the night. Highly recommend!

Planning a destination wedding is no easy task, and Nicki handled it with a level of professionalism and ease worthy of a royal wedding. The reception venue management would not grant access to their facility to start setting up until two hours before go time for the wedding ceremony. This created a huge time conflict for everything to be setup. Nicki handled this with the expertise of a seasoned program manager. Our wedding was such a beautiful experience and I credit it to Nicki and her professional work ethic. If you're in need of a Wedding Planner, Nicki is your go to Planner!!!

Having Nicki for your wedding needs is a must! She did a fabulous job with set up and take down, coordination with all vendors, creation of our wedding timeline, and recommendations for vendors. My family could enjoy my wedding without having to lift a finger. Nicki is very kind and responsive. I could always call or text with any questions or concerns, no matter how significant they were. She is also very good at hyping you up for your big day! It was so nice to be able to leave with my husband knowing all of our belongings were packed away and the venue left in tip top shape. If you want your event to flow seamlessly, you NEED to get Nicki!!!

She is professional, diligent, and attentive… truly the MVP of our day! She is worth every penny and her assistant was just as amazing! They deserve all the praise in the world. From start to finish, Nicki was on top of everything. From the initially planning stages up until the big day, she made it a point to let my husband and I know if we needed anything to reach out. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing when it came to bringing our vision to life. If we needed anything, she was there. Her work ethic is unmatched. Someone as dependable as Nicki deserves to be recognized!! I can’t recommend her enough.

Nicki was the coordinator for my recent wedding and I just have to say she was absolutely amazing. Nicki is incredible! She went above and beyond every step of the way and truly exceeded all of our expectations. She stayed in constant communication, met with us in person whenever we needed, and coordinated flawlessly with all of our vendors. On the wedding day she showed up early, set everything up beautifully, and made the entire day run smoothly without a single ounce of stress on us. My wife and I couldn’t be more grateful for everything she did.

When unexpected weather hit, she seamlessly turned what was supposed to be an outdoor reception into the most stunning ballroom celebration. I feel so lucky and thankful to have had her by my side throughout the process.
