Working with Isabel was a dream! With her help and her connections with other vendors in St. Louis we were able to have an incredible wedding and reception! Having a shortened timeline by choice, Isabel got to work right away and helped us plan everything in only 4 months! She kept us on track with her check ins and reviewed the contracts and details as needed! She expanded on our vision with gorgeous additions and helped us find affordable alternatives when necessary. Will happily use her again for other events we may throw!

Izzy made everything perfect!
I booked Izzy to help me book a venue and read contracts and to be our day of coordinator.
Izzy was very prompt, responsive, and so kind while working with her. We had great conversations that made me feel very comfortable and listened to.
I had a very specific vision and she pulled everything off without a hitch. If something went wrong or backwards at my wedding - I have NO idea. For our special day, my husband and I had zero hiccups, concerns, or issues.
Izzy is very organized and knows what she is doing. She was prompt and more involved than I even expected. We met several times before the wedding. We met to review the wedding and walk the venue and she came on our rehearsal day to learn the ends and outs of where she could go and where to line us up and prepare us for our event.
She set our venue space up beautifully. We dropped off a bunch of stuff the night before, I gave her an idea of where and what I wanted with said pieces, and she and her assistant Jenna did the rest.
I was so grateful to have her to ensure everything went according to plan. My husband was skeptical about us hiring a day of coordinator - but at the end of the night he told me that he was super happy that we did hire her and that she did an amazing job.

A Must Have
Izzy was the perfect person to help us for my daughter’s big day. We met her and told her exactly what we wanted her help with. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She also helped our timeline run effienctly that day. She is extremely kind, and would be an asset to anyone looking for a personalized assistant for your special day!
