  Made our wedding so much more enjoyable!

  Working with Isabel was a dream! With her help and her connections with other vendors in St. Louis we were able to have an incredible wedding and reception! Having a shortened timeline by choice, Isabel got to work right away and helped us plan everything in only 4 months! She kept us on track with her check ins and reviewed the contracts and details as needed! She expanded on our vision with gorgeous additions and helped us find affordable alternatives when necessary. Will happily use her again for other events we may throw!

  Izzy made everything perfect!

  I booked Izzy to help me book a venue and read contracts and to be our day of coordinator.
  Izzy was very prompt, responsive, and so kind while working with her. We had great conversations that made me feel very comfortable and listened to.
  I had a very specific vision and she pulled everything off without a hitch. If something went wrong or backwards at my wedding - I have NO idea. For our special day, my husband and I had zero hiccups, concerns, or issues.
  Izzy is very organized and knows what she is doing. She was prompt and more involved than I even expected. We met several times before the wedding. We met to review the wedding and walk the venue and she came on our rehearsal day to learn the ends and outs of where she could go and where to line us up and prepare us for our event.
  She set our venue space up beautifully. We dropped off a bunch of stuff the night before, I gave her an idea of where and what I wanted with said pieces, and she and her assistant Jenna did the rest.
  I was so grateful to have her to ensure everything went according to plan. My husband was skeptical about us hiring a day of coordinator - but at the end of the night he told me that he was super happy that we did hire her and that she did an amazing job.

  Amazing day of coordinator

  Isabel was great to work with! She took our vision and made it come to life. She helped our day run smoothly and was there to help with inevitable hiccups. So thankful for her!

  Izzy is exceptional!

  Booking Izzy was one of the best decisions of my entire wedding. I knew the reception was safe in her hands and she put us at ease from the very beginning. She was so easy to work with, went out of her way to accommodate us, and did a great job setting up the decor and managing the reception. Truly an asset to any day of reception needs!

  My big day went so smoothly and I know Isabel’s hard work, and gorgeous handmade backdrop for the ceremony were a big part of that.

  Isabel is amazing. She is thorough, has lots of great ideas, is efficient and very organized. She is reasonably priced, understood my needs completely and seamlessly fulfilled all that I asked of her. I heartily recommend Events by Izzy.

  Izzy was fantastic to work with. We already had many of our wedding details finalized, so Izzy and her crew stepped in last minute to help make the magic happen on our wedding day. Would absolutely hire again.

  Events by Izzy hosted a wonderful bridal shower for me. She chose decorations that complimented the theme of my wedding, came up with fun games for the guests and used her resources to provide delicious appetizers and desserts. Everything went very smoothly and the guests had a great time!

  Wedding coordination

  Izzy was extremely responsive and professional before and during my wedding as well as very kind. Overall though, unless my aunt and wedding party hadn’t helped set up my decor an hour before my wedding I don’t think anything would have been set up. She spent too much time on things that were trivial (such as my aisle runner) and not enough time on things that were important. My DJ and photographer were more helpful keeping us on our timeline and making sure we were where we were supposed to be than Izzy was. For how much she did I would have only paid half of the amount I paid her.
