Absolutely amazing wedding coordinator
Isabel helped make our wedding day perfectly beautiful, seamless, and stress free! She is wonderfully organized and also so graceful and kind while helping with timelines and all the organization that goes into a wedding. I would highly recommend!! -

Working with Isabel was a dream! With her help and her connections with other vendors in St. Louis we were able to have an incredible wedding and reception! Having a shortened timeline by choice, Isabel got to work right away and helped us plan everything in only 4 months! She kept us on track with her check ins and reviewed the contracts and details as needed! She expanded on our vision with gorgeous additions and helped us find affordable alternatives when necessary. Will happily use her again for other events we may throw! -

I booked Izzy to help me book a venue and read contracts and to be our day of coordinator.
Izzy was very prompt, responsive, and so kind while working with her. We had great conversations that made me feel very comfortable and listened to.
I had a very specific vision and she pulled everything off without a hitch. If something went wrong or backwards at my wedding - I have NO idea. For our special day, my husband and I had zero hiccups, concerns, or issues.
Izzy is very organized and knows what she is doing. She was prompt and more involved than I even expected. We met several times before the wedding. We met to review the wedding and walk the venue and she came on our rehearsal day to learn the ends and outs of where she could go and where to line us up and prepare us for our event.
She set our venue space up beautifully. We dropped off a bunch of stuff the night before, I gave her an idea of where and what I wanted with said pieces, and she and her assistant Jenna did the rest.
I was so grateful to have her to ensure everything went according to plan. My husband was skeptical about us hiring a day of coordinator - but at the end of the night he told me that he was super happy that we did hire her and that she did an amazing job.

Izzy was extremely responsive and professional before and during my wedding as well as very kind. Overall though, unless my aunt and wedding party hadn’t helped set up my decor an hour before my wedding I don’t think anything would have been set up. She spent too much time on things that were trivial (such as my aisle runner) and not enough time on things that were important. My DJ and photographer were more helpful keeping us on our timeline and making sure we were where we were supposed to be than Izzy was. For how much she did I would have only paid half of the amount I paid her.
