One of our best wedding vendor decisions!
Hiring Isabel was one of the best wedding decisions we made when it came to our wedding vendors! Isabel was organized, calm, and handled everything the day of our wedding with ease. Having her there really allowed us and our friends/family to fully enjoy the day without worrying about the details or timeline. She set up all of our decorations, helped coordinate the ceremony timing, helped clean up at the end of the night and managed our general timeline. I would recommend Isabel and her services to anyone planning a wedding, you won't regret it! -

Professional, kind and diligent
Isabel was a great asset to our wedding planning. Whe we contacted Izzy, she explained Ed her levels of service and we all decided the best fit for where we were in the wedding planning was to have her come in the last 6 weeks to take over the contact with vendors and to execute the plan for the rehearsal and day of the wedding. What a blessing and value for our investment with her! My daughter that was getting married and I were able to streamline communication and relax in those final weeks. As my bandwidth decreased to retain the sheer amount of information in the wedding planning, Isabel remained patient in reminding us what we needed to do and when through thorough timelines and text reminders. Her team did a phenomenal job in setting up the tables and decor on the day of the event. The reception venue was amazing and beautiful! We could not have done this level of a party without extra help and I’m grateful we had Izzy in our corner! I highly recommend Events by Izzy for your next affair! -

Great Day-Of Coordinator
Isabel was great to work with! She was very professional, kept everything (and everyone) on track during our rehearsal and day-of, helped set up last minute details of our very extensive DIY table settings and room decor, offered a much-appreciated switch-up to our timeline, was easy to communicate with, and helped pack everything up at the end of the night. And she is so reasonably priced! If you're on the fence of hiring a coordinator, I would highly recommend it just for peace of mind, and I highly recommend you go with Events by Izzy! -

We worked with Isabel for wedding day of coordination and she was a pro! She was responsive, experienced and kind and it was definitely worth the money for the peace of mind knowing she was taking care of things behind the scenes. -

Flexible and reasonably priced
My wedding reception venue required little decorations but I still needed some candles and signs. Most decorators had a minimum dollar requirement to take on the job. Isabel on the other hand was willing to work with me and provided me with great options. She was very responsive, reasonably priced, and got the job done without any issues! I highly recommend her for your wedding day! -

Absolutely amazing wedding coordinator
Isabel helped make our wedding day perfectly beautiful, seamless, and stress free! She is wonderfully organized and also so graceful and kind while helping with timelines and all the organization that goes into a wedding. I would highly recommend!! -

A Must Have
Izzy was the perfect person to help us for my daughter’s big day. We met her and told her exactly what we wanted her help with. Her attention to detail was outstanding. She also helped our timeline run effienctly that day. She is extremely kind, and would be an asset to anyone looking for a personalized assistant for your special day! -

Made our wedding so much more enjoyable!
Working with Isabel was a dream! With her help and her connections with other vendors in St. Louis we were able to have an incredible wedding and reception! Having a shortened timeline by choice, Isabel got to work right away and helped us plan everything in only 4 months! She kept us on track with her check ins and reviewed the contracts and details as needed! She expanded on our vision with gorgeous additions and helped us find affordable alternatives when necessary. Will happily use her again for other events we may throw! -

Izzy made everything perfect!
I booked Izzy to help me book a venue and read contracts and to be our day of coordinator.
Izzy was very prompt, responsive, and so kind while working with her. We had great conversations that made me feel very comfortable and listened to.
I had a very specific vision and she pulled everything off without a hitch. If something went wrong or backwards at my wedding - I have NO idea. For our special day, my husband and I had zero hiccups, concerns, or issues.
Izzy is very organized and knows what she is doing. She was prompt and more involved than I even expected. We met several times before the wedding. We met to review the wedding and walk the venue and she came on our rehearsal day to learn the ends and outs of where she could go and where to line us up and prepare us for our event.
She set our venue space up beautifully. We dropped off a bunch of stuff the night before, I gave her an idea of where and what I wanted with said pieces, and she and her assistant Jenna did the rest.
I was so grateful to have her to ensure everything went according to plan. My husband was skeptical about us hiring a day of coordinator - but at the end of the night he told me that he was super happy that we did hire her and that she did an amazing job.

Izzy is exceptional!
Booking Izzy was one of the best decisions of my entire wedding. I knew the reception was safe in her hands and she put us at ease from the very beginning. She was so easy to work with, went out of her way to accommodate us, and did a great job setting up the decor and managing the reception. Truly an asset to any day of reception needs! -

Events by Izzy hosted a wonderful bridal shower for me. She chose decorations that complimented the theme of my wedding, came up with fun games for the guests and used her resources to provide delicious appetizers and desserts. Everything went very smoothly and the guests had a great time! -

Wedding coordination
Izzy was extremely responsive and professional before and during my wedding as well as very kind. Overall though, unless my aunt and wedding party hadn’t helped set up my decor an hour before my wedding I don’t think anything would have been set up. She spent too much time on things that were trivial (such as my aisle runner) and not enough time on things that were important. My DJ and photographer were more helpful keeping us on our timeline and making sure we were where we were supposed to be than Izzy was. For how much she did I would have only paid half of the amount I paid her. -
