I had the absolute best time working with Eili! If there were any issues, she took charge and made sure everything had a solution which I will forever appreciate! If you have a vision, Eili will get it done and make sure your day is everything you want and more. All my other vendors had the best things to say about her as well; I think that is so important because at the end of the day, it all takes teamwork! I cannot recommend a better company to plan your events- Eili’s experience, professionalism, and positivity is exactly what made my wedding day perfect!

Eili is exceptional in wedding coordination! She is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and very giving of her time! She made me feel very at-ease during the last few weeks leading up to the wedding! She went above and beyond “normal” coordinator duties! To name just a couple examples, she was there the ENTIRE wedding day (whereas most coordinators are present for a few hours and charge more for extra time), she was extremely communicative with vendors, personally picked up my decor so I wouldn’t have to transport it to the venue, decorated my entire venue beautifully, and even took videos of special moments throughout the day! Everyone who interacted with Eili had nothing but glowing reviews for her! My husband and I owe the perfection of our wedding day to Eili!

Our engagement was a short 50 days and we worked. She worked closely with us to help us focus on each task in a timely manner, suggested a variety of vendors for each detail of the rehearsal, wedding and lodging. She coordinated communications with vendors using video formats, phone calls, and email, helping us answer questions with the vendors. She removed the burden of finding the right vendors. On the wedding day, we were able to enjoy our guests and ceremony without the stress of the details. Everything promised was completed. Her rates were very reasonable.
