I had the absolute best time working with Eili! If there were any issues, she took charge and made sure everything had a solution which I will forever appreciate! If you have a vision, Eili will get it done and make sure your day is everything you want and more. All my other vendors had the best things to say about her as well; I think that is so important because at the end of the day, it all takes teamwork! I cannot recommend a better company to plan your events- Eili’s experience, professionalism, and positivity is exactly what made my wedding day perfect!

Working with Eili was hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding process. I genuinely do not think I will ever be able to fully explain how grateful I am for everything she did or how incredibly talented she is. The wedding was more beautiful and more perfect than I could have ever imagined, and now that it’s over, I keep thinking about how lucky I was to have had Eili guiding everything behind the scenes and making the entire experience feel so effortless. Eili is incredibly talented at what she does. She is organized, dependable, calm under pressure, and effortlessly good at making things happen. Throughout the entire process, she made everything feel manageable and under control, even with countless moving parts and me being in medical school while living on a small island in the Caribbean for most of the planning process.

Between school, being out of the country, important exams, moving across the U.S. less than a month before the wedding, starting clinical rotations, and just life in general, I was not always the most responsive, involved, or hands-on bride. I simply did not have the time or mental bandwidth to fully immerse myself in the process, and that definitely made Eili’s job a lot harder. Despite that, she kept everything moving seamlessly, never once made me feel stressed, behind, or guilty, and somehow managed to pull off the most incredible wedding I could have ever imagined. It was truly perfect, and I know it was all because of Eili. What impressed me most about Eili was not just how organized, dependable, and on top of everything she was, but also how gracefully she handled everything that came with planning a large wedding with an incredibly (and annoyingly) uninvolved bride. She navigated family dynamics, budgets, logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and countless details with so much patience and professionalism. No matter what was happening, Eili made everything feel calm and under control. I knew I could trust Eili completely throughout the entire process, and now that the wedding is over, I can confidently say that trust was more than deserved.

And then there was the wedding itself — the entire day flowed effortlessly and was beyond anything I could have imagined. Every transition, every vendor, every timeline detail, and every behind-the-scenes moving part was handled so seamlessly that I never once had to think about logistics or what was happening next. I was able to truly enjoy the day and be fully present, which is something I will always be grateful for. The florals were unreal, the décor was breathtaking, and every single detail felt intentional, elevated, and perfectly done. Walking into the reception for the first time genuinely did not feel real — it was one of those moments where I could not believe it was my wedding or that it was actually real life. It didn’t just look beautiful — it was absolutely breathtaking. Guests are still talking about how beautiful everything was and how perfectly the entire night came together. Eili pulled off the wedding of my dreams, and I am still at a loss for words.

I truly cannot imagine having gone through this process with anyone other than Eili. If you are looking for a wedding planner who is insanely talented, organized, reliable, creative, understanding, patient, kind, and capable of bringing a vision to life in a way that is even better than you could have imagined, Eili is the girl for you. I cannot recommend her enough.

Eili is exceptional in wedding coordination! She is detail-oriented, extremely organized, and very giving of her time! She made me feel very at-ease during the last few weeks leading up to the wedding! She went above and beyond “normal” coordinator duties! To name just a couple examples, she was there the ENTIRE wedding day (whereas most coordinators are present for a few hours and charge more for extra time), she was extremely communicative with vendors, personally picked up my decor so I wouldn’t have to transport it to the venue, decorated my entire venue beautifully, and even took videos of special moments throughout the day! Everyone who interacted with Eili had nothing but glowing reviews for her! My husband and I owe the perfection of our wedding day to Eili! 

Eili worked so hard for my daughter and her fiancé. She went above and beyond any expectations we ever had.. She was there every step of the way if anyone is looking for a wedding planner, Eili is the best. You absolutely cannot go wrong.

We hired Eili at ERO for our 2024 wedding, and we couldn’t be happier with her services! From the start, Eili stood out among the planners we interviewed. She was the only one who gave us real-world answers and concrete examples of how she would handle things if something didn’t go according to plan on our wedding day. We opted for the partial planning package (Gold package), which was exactly what we needed. Eili kept us on track with our schedule and took care of all vendor communications, relieving so much stress. We also gave her creative control for our reception setup, and it was absolutely stunning.

Our engagement was a short 50 days and we worked. She worked closely with us to help us focus on each task in a timely manner, suggested a variety of vendors for each detail of the rehearsal, wedding and lodging. She coordinated communications with vendors using video formats, phone calls, and email, helping us answer questions with the vendors. She removed the burden of finding the right vendors. On the wedding day, we were able to enjoy our guests and ceremony without the stress of the details. Everything promised was completed. Her rates were very reasonable.

Anyone who gets to work with Eili will not regret it! She made the planning and execution of our wedding day seamless. As a bride, I felt fully supported and taken care of. She's knowledgeable, kind, and good at what she does. She's the best!
