Eugene was fantastic! Our wedding was in Nov. 2019 and it was an all day affair. He was with us from dusk til dawn, literally, as we had two ceremonies. He was very professional, extremely kind, and hilarious. He captured the big moments as well as the small, intimate moments between us and our guests. This review is sorely overdue! We hired Eugene for our wedding reception in October 2018 and are so happy we did. I highly recommend him to anyone in the DC metro region. I wanted someone who could capture candid, photojournalistic moments, and Eugene did so perfectly. Not only is he professional, easy to work with, and reasonably priced, he delivered my flash drive (with all the photos on it) in the most thoughtfully crafted holiday gift box along with chocolates! Eugene was great. He captured all of our important moments to help tell the story of our wedding.

Eugene did our engagement and wedding photos for our wedding this past October. We did the engagement photos in downtown DC and, in spite of being a little camera shy, Eugene captured some fun and precious moments that we will cherish for many years to come. We actually displayed many of the engagement photos throughout our venue on our wedding day. Eugene was present for the entire wedding day from the getting ready festivities in the morning to late night dancing at the reception. He has a very artistic and unique eye for capturing the precious moments of our special day. I am so happy that we entrusted Eugene with our special day and look back on our photos with great fondness.

It's hard to even begin to describe how happy we are to have had Eugene as our photographer. After months of searching we finally discovered who we felt would perfectly capture our special day. Eugene is remarkably talented, creative, and easy to work with, and the skill set and value he brings far outweigh the price.

He was there and involved every step of the way, from our initial meeting about a year out from our wedding date to discuss the look and feel we were going for, to the engagement shoot in which he met us at 5:00am to capture the sunrise, to talking about final details over a few beers a few weeks before the big date, and finally on our wedding day in which he perfectly captured every important highlight and better yet those seemingly unimportant little moments in between that end up making you laugh or cry when you look back on them in photos later. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and we had complete peace of mind.

We can't recommend Eugene enough even though we think his work speaks for itself. He was such an important part of our wedding and it shows in the end result. We are beyond thrilled with the photos we received (all 1000+ of them), and we knew from the start that we would be.

We met Eugene when we went to a friends wedding and he was hired as their photographer. When we got engaged we immediately thought of Eugene because we liked our friends wedding photos. Eugene met with us twice before the wedding to plan what we wanted and go over the logistics. Working with Eugene was fantastic every step of the way, from our introductory meeting, to setting up a plan before the big day, and especially on the day-of. We had to change photography locations and move 20 family members last minute, and Eugene more than made it work. We definitely were very lucky to find Eugene! From the beginning he was very responsive and VERY accommodating. I believe I changed the time for him three times and he always had no problems fulfilling the request. The best part is his pictures turned out amazing! Eugene was a great wedding photographer! His prices are very reasonable and you get the digital copies of the photos. He arrived early and took pictures of me and the bridesmaids getting ready. We did a first look, which turned out great. Eugene took about 2 months to get the pictures to us. He loves candid shots and he wasn't very pushy at all. Most of the guests never even noticed him! Our posed family photos turned out great too and he had a great trick to get kids to look at the camera! We highly recommend Eugene!
