We could have not asked for better photographers for our wedding! My husband and I had The McFarlands as our photographers when we got married in early April, and we were blown away. Their photos were outstanding- they made us feel so beautiful/handsome by knowing how to pose us. The editing was also beautiful. Our dance floor photos were AMAZING and are photos we will laugh at forever. They were so open and endearing to my many photos ideas, and were flexible with all the shots I wanted to get. They were wonderful with our young nephews who weren’t too excited to get their photos taken, making them laugh and have fun (where their parents skills really came to play!). It’s so special to have a husband and wife as the photography pair because they have such a beautiful synergy to work together and capture the best shots. On top of all of this, they got the photos back to us SO quick (everyone we knew was amazed) AND they were such a reasonable rate. So many wedding photographers price gauge you, so we were so grateful to have them as our photographers but not break the bank. We could not rave about or recommend the McFarlands more!!

We have used the McFarlands for our engagement, wedding and most recently my Mother in Law’s elopement and a big family Christmas gathering.

Most importantly, on our wedding day, our make up/hair crew was hours behind schedule. It was Eric and Ashley who remained calm, confident and positive and somehow got us back on schedule. They are true professionals. They drove separately and were able to get it all done and they never made me feel like anything was wrong. Something at the fault of another vendor, they confidently made their problem and offered solutions. They truly saved the day!

For the elopement and Christmas celebration, Eric was extremely patient and flexible. We even had to change the time of the event a few days before. We were up against no light or bad weather, but Eric got everything we wanted done in just 1 hour coverage.

I would trust them with ANY event without flinching. So grateful to the McFarlands every time we hire them!

Lastly, the turn around time for photos is always exceptional!

We also have to give a special shout-out to Ashley. Our 6 year old daughter avoids photos at all costs on a regular day, so you can only imagine how overwhelmed she was feeling at our wedding. Ashley used her super mom energy to get our daughter smiling, laughing, and feeling comfortable.

Eric does a wonderful job catching candid, natural looking shots. There were also so many moments when Ashley saw and corrected minor details (random hair in the face, awkward spacing between groomsmen, wrinkle in the dress, etc). These things make a difference in photos and I was so glad she had eyes on the small stuff.

We are so thankful for Eric and Ashley and will be sure to team up with them again for family photos in the future!

Our engagement and wedding photos are absolutely stunning! Eric and Ashley did an AMAZING job! The pictures speak for themselves. Eric and Ashley are so nice and creative! Eric and his wife are the best! They were so helpful, attentive, and were truly amazing. We loved having them as our wedding photographer.

First off, let me tell you that this is the most down to earth, awesome couple! Photography is pricey, and Eric's packages offer something you can't beat: 2 photographers. This cuts down on so much time when doing the pre ceremony shots with the guys and girls. Plus, at the reception you basically get 2 guest's vantage points as they take candids throughout the night. I immediately loved their style of photography. I also really love that we get the entire digital files of all our pictures once they're edited. It allows us so much freedom to share, print and store our pictures any way we want. I seriously can't speak more highly of Eric and Ashley and I would book them again in a heartbeat!
