Experience
Owner Nadira Merali realized her passion for event planning after producing her first bridal show in 2007, and she has been planning events ever since. Merali and her team have years of experience in event planning, hotel sales, contract negotiations, and site inspections.

Amazing (and flexible) Indian wedding planner!

Omg what can I say about Nadira? She’s the bomb. Organized, a great support system, and truly respectful to all our family and friends. She and her team executed our wedding flawlessly - and boy was it difficult. We originally had a 600 person pre-Covid wedding planned that she helped pull together, which changed to a 60-person gorgeous intimate ceremony almost cancelled again due to a snowstorm in Houston. Nadira handled it all with such efficiency and helped us organize our vendors in a way that our guests completely forgot the difficulty with which the events had been put together. She is always available, remembers EVERYTHING and is so easy to work with. Over the last two years, she’s not only been a trusted advisor but also a genuine friend. If you need a planner who can handle even the craziest of circumstances and execute flawlessly, look no further! Even our vendors were blown away by her work.

Hiring Nadira for our Indian wedding was the best decision we could have ever made! :o) She is an AMAZING planner and made all our wedding events in Hilton Head absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! :o) From the beginning she made so many things so much easier :o) My husband and I got engaged while I was still living in Chicago and him in Atlanta so it was very helpful to have someone like Nadira who had a list of her preferred vendors to choose from. My parents were not really involved in the planning and my husband is caucasian so I would have had no idea where to start if I didn't have Nadira's help. From choosing vendors to helping with key decisions, she made things so much easier - and to be honest, I'm sure there are SO many things I can't even pinpoint that made my life/planning so much easier because of her :o) She has the BEST connections and all the vendors know and love working with her :o) Our hotel coordinator was so impressed that she is going to refer all her Indian brides to Nadira, which is definitely doing them a service :o)
As for the wedding itself - she really goes out of her way to make sure everything goes smoothly and as you want it :o) Plus she is very sweet about sharing stuff she already has at no extra cost, for example, I didn't have "official" decorations for our Mehndi night but she brought wine bottles/vases decorated in Mehndi designs for flowers, which she picked up for us, and even brought elephants and other decor which was much appreciated :o) She was in constant communication with everyone at the hotel and vendors, and while I knew she would do an amazing job, she went beyond our expectations!!! :o) She brought two of her helpers with her, Tulsi and Sharmeen, who were also AMAZING!!! :o) I had a BLAST at all of my wedding events and that had so much to do with the peace of mind I had because of her SUPER team!!! :o) If you are a future bride and looking for a planner, Nadira is your girl - HIRE HER! :o)

You cannot go wrong with Nadira. She works as if she's planning her own wedding and leaves nothing to chance--she even found my now-husband's lost bag in the ballroom. She made our Indian American wedding a gorgeous event!!!

Nadira from Envi Event Planning had been working with me since we planned our engagement party. She was always responsive, insightful, impeccably organized, and a total go-getter. I picked all my vendors and left it up to her to coordinate everything for the day of the wedding. Along with 3 helpers, she was able to effortlessly coordinate our 750 person wedding leaving no loose ends and every one happy. If you live in the southeast and need a planner, Nadira is your girl. With her, you will have the most spectacular wedding possbile.
