After I met Alicia, I knew she would do a great job. Initially, I was going to go with a smaller package, but I soon realized that my stressed out daughter who was juggling a full-time job, a soon-to-be stepson, and numerous other things, would not be able to do everything else needed without enormous added stress, so I just told Alicia, "Take it! I trust you!". Indeed, that trust was not misplaced. We told her the colors, gave her a bunch of candles, and turned her loose. Now, on top of everything, we had crossed our fingers and scheduled the wedding for Jan 10, 2025 - the night Snowstorm Cora, descended on Atlanta! The entire wedding had to be rescheduled for the following night at the State Botanical Gardens. My daughter was a basket case, but Alicia rose to the challenge and rescheduled everone! The wedding was stunning! The chapel was gorgeous! The reception was beautifully set up with brilliant lights and colors. All her vendors were outstanding, which included the officiant, DJ, bartender and photographer. Multiple people have told me afterward how beautiful it was. Alicia is a Rock Star!!! I hired Finally Forever with a bit of hesitation because I had a vision for my wedding and wanted to make sure the person in charge would deliver. Our wedding was last Saturday and they did absolutely amazing! Ana and Kayla are part of Alicia's team and they ended up being the ones there for us the day of the wedding and all I can say is it was the best decision I made. They were super attentive, they followed all the instructions perfectly and kept everything running so smoothly. My husband and I found Alicia on Google when we were searching for a wedding coordinator. She was the first option that popped up, and after we completed the consultation call with her, we knew that she was the one. We chose the "A Piece of Cake" package because we knew that we can handle getting together our vendors and the other big parts.

When she started our monthly calls at six months out, Alicia was so helpful. She made sure that she asked for our vendors, their information, the contracts, etc. so that she can have them all ready to complete the final timeline. When it came to the official photos and reception, she was so kind and efficient as she worked with the venue's coordinator to make sure that everything went well.
