If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. We had rented a 15 passenger van for my wedding day in order to shuttle guests between the ceremony and reception sites. We booked the van about a month before my wedding. The Thursday before my wedding, we received a call saying that because of a big convention in the area they needed the van we had rented for another client, and offered to give us two small mini-vans instead. We declined and said that we wanted what we had rented (and paid for). On Friday, they called and said that they absolutely could not "justify" giving us the van we had rented and that we could either take the two minivans or nothing at all. We only had one person to drive for us, so the night before my wedding we had to scramble to find a second person willing to shuttle people back and forth. Luckily we were able to and things worked out okay. However, this company was horribly unprofessional and broke their contract with us in favor of a bigger client. They caused undue stress to both me and my family. Though things worked out in the end, I would never recommend this company to ANYONE since they apparently do not honor agreements they have already made and which people have already put money down for.
