This place was my first choice when we were going around looking for venues. I'm very satisfied with this venue in every aspect. The food was DELICIOUS best wedding dinner I could ever have had. The cake was delicious and absolutely beautiful and the location looked as beautiful as when I first choose it.

If I was able to give negative stars I would!

This was an absolute nightmare from start to finish — a total disaster that ruined what should have been one of the most important days of our lives.

The limo was disgusting — stained cups, greasy fingerprints all over the roof, and the driver was rude beyond belief, treating us like an inconvenience and even snapping at the photographers.

One of the staff members, not a guest, repeatedly harassed me in front of my mother about whether I was pregnant — despite me saying “no” at least three times — insisting it was “on the paperwork” and “in the cake.” This completely destroyed the surprise we had so carefully planned for my mom & our entire family that came from out of town. AFTER SPECIFICALLY TELLING ALL STAFF IT WAS A SURPRISE AND NO ONE KNEW!

The food was a farce. We paid for a steak and chicken combo but only got chicken — and even that ran out early,after giving a head count weeks in advanced. Kids were left hungry as they didnt have enough food for them, some guests got salads while others got nothing, and half the room never received cake. Portions were so stretched that some chicken pieces were cut in half.

The Master of Ceremony, Lily, bulldozed through the event like it was a chore. We had a slideshow of our special memories, honoring family members — photos of people no longer with us — but she pressured us to stop eating and get up right after getting our food because the projector screen blocked our table to start the slideshow. She forced us to cut the slideshow short to rush the gender reveal cake cutting, then immediately rushed the garter and bouquet toss. We didn’t even get to eat our own meal — it felt like we were on a factory line instead of celebrating our wedding.

The photographers (Salvy y lotti) was just as awful. He snapped two hurried photos per table, never checking lighting, focus, or whether anyone was paying attention. Many shots have eyes closed, mouths open, or people looking away. He got visibly annoyed when guests stopped to greet us, telling us to “stop saying hi” and “hurry up" to say hi after. The photos we received were poor quality, badly framed, and completely unusable. We paid for memories — what we got was a rushed, careless disaster.

Staff began clearing tables and removing water well before our event was supposed to end at 7 p.m. my family members were drinking the water and it was being taken away from them.

After the event, we tried to get answers. We spoke to the top manager JC when we went to pick up decor we had purchased. He handed us a card and then ghosted us. Multiple emails went unanswered. Instead of a refund or real resolution, staff offered an insulting, vague discount on a baby shower. Why would we trust them again after this trainwreck?


This was supposed to be the happiest day of our lives. Instead, it was a humiliating, disrespectful, and poorly managed nightmare. With 0 photos of the memory. Avoid this venue and their vendors at all costs — they will ruin your special moments and leave you with nothing but regret.
