My mom, sister, and I (the bride), got our hair and makeup done and the staff couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Our appointments started on schedule and we actually got out a little earlier than expected giving us more time to relax and enjoy ourselves. Our hair and makeup came out beautifully.

I just had my trial this past Saturday for hair and makeup -- Amy did my hair, and Marissa did my makeup. Saturday was also the day of my shower, so I had lots of aunts and relatives to critique. And believe me there was not a single complaint. These girls listened to all my worries, and little things that I wanted -- and made me look beautiful. I am looking forward to my wedding day, which the review will be different because they are coming on-site to do the real deal! So excited to see them again!

Nightmare Salon.
I emailed the salon a few days ago with concerns, and since I haven't gotten response I've decided to post publicly. This salon clearly does not care when they upset and dissatisfy customers.
I set up for getting the bridal package: nails, airbrush makeup, and hair. Starting at my hair trial, I was expected to pay full/half for the service, which is money I didn’t have at the time because nobody made me aware of when this money would be due. I was also shocked I was not given any kind of makeup trial. Then on the day of the wedding, 10/13/18, I had gotten to my appointment at 8am, I had driven an hour to the salon, and my nail technician was 35 minutes late. I was told her alarm didn’t go off and she was on her way. Once she was there, I had asked for longer tipped nails, along the lines of a french manicure and I was given pretty much just gel on top of my nails that are short, and painted a translucent pink. No extra length. Same with my toes. Not at all what I had asked for. Moving on downstairs, my hair came out perfect, but I was told while we were finishing up with my hair that I would NOT be getting airbrush makeup, which I was previously told was the case. That was a HUGE let down for me. The reason? She "doesn't do that". So I dont know why she told me on the phone that I was getting airbrush to begin with. I then noticed as she did my makeup she was opening new ELF products...and I hate to say but I was expecting something more than a full face of dollar store makeup on my wedding day for such an expensive bill. I asked for gold eye shadow, and I was given some kind of red and almost black-WAY too dark. The cover up used was dewy and smeared down my face. No-not dabbed with a beauty blender-smeared with a triangle sponge. I have oily skin I have to use matte, which she could not have known this-however I wish I was given a heads up of what was going to be used, or at least asked what my preferences are. Had I been notified, I would have either brought in my own makeup or just done it myself. I was so upset and ready to just leave by then end. My makeup just looked like a cheap mess. My entire face broke out in days following from the Covergirl foundation that was put on me. If I had to do it all over again, I would have come for the hair styling and nothing else.
I feel very bad having to make a complaint, everybody was perfectly nice, the salon is beautiful... but to me what happened here is unacceptable and not worth the money I paid. I didn’t look the way I dreamed for my wedding day. I had high expectations, and left very upset and disappointed. Frankly I feel I'm entitled to my money back. This was not good customer service. I was lied to about what services would be rendered, and now silence from the salon when I privately email with my concerns. Brides beware.
