A bit steep in price for photography, but her pictures are great. We had a bit of an issue communicating before the wedding. Please note that this vendor needs to be paid in full prior to the wedding.

Emily has great photography skills. However, she seriously lacks business personality. The payments were ALWAYS made on time and I made it a point to follow up with her about receipt of payment both times.

From the end of my wedding until I received my wedding album, I felt like I had to chase her for copies of my pictures and a final proof of the layout I did not get the pictures from her until over 1 month afterwards because she went out of the country (not my problem) and wasn’t able to upload them. It was a hassle to get her to send me proofs of the selected pictures and ultimately getting a final copy of my album.

She wasn’t responsive at all. I tried contacting her through phone, text, email and facebook just to get a response on the status of my album. I contacted her several times to follow up and there was even a time when she "thought" she had sent me a final proof and realized she didn’t when I followed up with her. Finally, after more chasing, I sent her an email asking her for the status of my album and received no response from her. The album came in the mail, but she never responded to my email thanking me or confirming everything was okay. It’s a shame that I am so disappointed in her professionalism given that she is a talented amateur photographer. Just lacks professionalism.
