Hey!!!

We are most commonly known as Daddy and Mommy to our three amazing kiddos, {one boy & two girls} our beagle-lab mix, Basil, and our ever growing flock of chickens. Yes, our fresh eggs taste much better than the store bought ones. Scott has an unnatural infatuation with all things chocolate and peanut butter while Erica is a homemade spaghetti sauce connoisseur. We graduated with Architecture and Graphic Design degrees which we feel greatly affect our individual style and approach to photography. We love authentic smiles, laughs, and tears of joy.

We love where we came from, are extremely grateful to be where we are, and are anxiously awaiting what comes next. We are so thankful for those first few clients that trusted us with their memories when our portfolio only consisted of a small handful of images that we captured as wedding guests. We can't even begin to thank everyone who has helped us along the way. Our long list of babysitters, family and friends for supporting us, all of our amazing clients for trusting us, and most importantly, God for giving us the talent and ambition to do what it is that we enjoy even when we have nothing booked! We have truly been blessed.

Though Scott is our lead wedding photographer and pretty much takes care of all things wedding around here, Erica still plays a vital role in the wedding day festivities. Scott's style isn't one thing or another. It is a balanced blend of classic portraits, modern style, and a bit of photo-journalistic story telling. Maybe even a little bit of stalker style paparazzi thrown in there too.

We aim to capture the emotion of your day in accurate color and timeless black and white. We may do some trendy editing on some photos but we understand that trends fade. We want you photos to look amazing to the people who view them fifty years from now. Therefore, any photo that we edit artistically, we also provide the original color version. Our goal is to tell the story of your wedding day through the emotion and details in the photos we take.

We do our best at each and every wedding to provide our brides with an album full of special moments that they both experienced and never knew happened on their wedding day. We do not like to stay hidden, we want to be noticed. Our favorite compliments are wedding guests that tell us how great a job we are doing and they have yet to see a picture we have taken. We are not obnoxious and in your face, we are active.

We are not the world's best photographers {even though some of our clients say otherwise} and we make no outrageous claims to our abilities. Quite simply, we love what we do and will work our hardest to provide you with an enjoyable experience and an outstanding finished product.
