I had purchased a ring for my girlfriend 7 or 8 years ago and it has never left her hand. I didnt purchase the warranty initially. Over time, the ring had become faded and abused. Caitlyn helped me purchase a warranty and was able to replace the ring immediately. She responded quickly to my emails and was just a pleasure to work with.

The ring I bought for my husband is so vibrant and gorgeous, he loves it. The first one got some wear and tear, so I emailed them and there sending out a new one! Most of the time it's like pulling tooth and nail to get a ring company send a replacement, but these guys just asked for a picture and there's a replacement on the way in a week. Purchased two rings from embr 4 years ago. They are still going strong, has an issue with one of the rings, customer service were amazing with dealing with the query can't thank the staff enough. The quality of the rings is amazing. I don't wear any jewelry because I don't like the way it felt on my skin (eczema sufferer) but these rings didn't cause any irritation stayed cool all the time and they just look soo awesome got a white and red band :)
