Ember Studio was truly amazing to work with. We postponed our original wedding was scheduled for May 2nd and Tracy worked with us to reschedule for September. Mike and Aubrey were my photographers for they day and I couldn't have asked for a better duo. We are not posing professionals in any way shape or form and Mike directed us to ensure our photos came out beautiful. Mike's knowledge about lighting is spot on! I absolutely recommend Ember Studio for all photography needs. They are amazing, talented, easy to work with and affordable.

The year of 2020 was HUGE! Especially that special date of 10/10/20. We wanted to make sure we got Ember Studio so we booked 2 years before our wedding! I had the honor of working with Mike Moon and another local photographer in NC. Mike is a man of his craft. He knows his way in and around a camera and has no problem explaining why he does certain things. We got married at this beautiful gothic/medieval castle and his photos went harmonious with our theme. My photos were stunning. So many of my family members and friends complimented the photo quality. They even said they talked to Mike at the wedding and were so interested in his knowledge. I even got Mike to take a fireball shot with me because my bridesmaid had gone MIA. Haha! It was a great day that I will be able to live through in my photos for years to come!

If you work with Ember Photographers, you will be working with the best photography team in Atlanta and possibly the entire US. I feel so lucky to have found and worked with them, because my wedding pictures are STUNNING. I cannot believe these pictures are mine! From start to finish, they were a pleasure to work with, such professionals, and really helped come up with ideas to make not just the pictures beautiful, but the memories of taking them priceless. They are super creative so you won't end up with the boring, stiff, contrived photos that seem to be everywhere. I have the most unique images that capture scenery and emotion. The lighting, composition, angles, and most importantly the stories that the photos tell are all beyond what is expected of wedding photography. They are true artists. I felt so at ease working with them on the day of and didn't worry about not capturing certain moments or people. While at work, Ember photographers take control and direct well when in public or with large group and blend in while taking pictures of more intimate moments. Wow!! Mike and Evan were more than we ever could have dreamed of for our wedding photographers. They really listened to our vision, enjoyed every minute of the day with us and caught every special moment, and of course gave us photos that we will treasure forever. Being a COVID bride, I wasn’t sure how our photos would turn out- we ended up having a 50 person wedding in my parents’ front yard- but every photo looks like a dreamy venue from a fairytale!!! To say the least, Ember studios made all of my wedding photo dreams come true, even in the craziest of circumstances. They made me, my husband, my family, and all of our guests feel special, and they gave us a day and pictures we will treasure forever! Thank you with all our hearts!!

Would give a thousand stars if I could! Ember studio gave us the most incredible pictures for our wedding and our engagement. Mike Moon was the principal photographer on both occasions, and it was really wonderful getting to know him before the big day. He made the process very fun and exciting! My now husband and I had never had professional photos done before and were initially nervous about being in front of the camera, but Mike made it seem so comfortable and natural. He captured the real us, and captured the spirit of our wedding perfectly. Not only were the pictures incredible but he got the final edits back to us faster than we expected. So beyond happy with Ember Studios! Thank you guys so much for everything!!

Ember was AMAZING to work with! From working with Tracy, Ember’s Wedding Consultant, weeks before the wedding to working with Mike Moon as our photographer, the experience was awesome. We had the pleasure of working with Mike and we couldn’t have been happier with him. We both feel very awkward being photographed and Mike made us feel very comfortable and natural in front of the camera. To our surprise, he made the process a lot of fun! Not only do we absolutely love the photos, we have received so much positive feedback from friends/family expressing how gorgeous they are. We couldn’t be happier with the way that the photos turned out!

We used Ember Studio for our wedding photography and are completely blown away by the magic and happiness captured in all of our photos! I can be quite picky when it comes to liking photos of myself so I was mildly concerned that we would get the photos back and I would not like the ones of myself. However, it was the complete opposite and we love every single photo that we received.

Both Sydney and Inga were a dream to work with. We also communicated with Mike prior to the wedding for the planning and he was wonderful to work with as well! The team suggested a few changes to our timeline (i.e. doing a first look, taking family and wedding party photos before the ceremony) which led to us having much more time to spend with our family and friends at the ceremony which we really appreciated. We had a cocktail hour immediately following the ceremony and Sydney and Inga were able to get all of our couples photos done within about 40 minutes after the ceremony (that also included about 10-15 minutes of my husband and I taking a break to eat some tapas!).

As for the reception, we hardly even noticed the continuous pictures that Sydney and Inga were capturing and we were blown away by the candid awesomeness in all of the final photos! There were a lot of great shots of family and friends that we will cherish forever. Highly recommend Ember Studio as their professionalism and quality are unmatched!

Mike and Rachel were absolutely amazing. The whole day went by so fast, I couldn't believe it. They both knew the venue so well and where the best pictures would be. Rachel took me while Mike took my husband and they both came up with the most amazing and dramatic photos I had ever seen.
They both made the whole process so easy and effortless. At first, I felt awkward doing the poses, etc, but once Rachel showed me a couple of the pictures on her camera, I knew they had positioned me perfectly! Their knowledge of lighting and posing did not detour them from the dark mansion we were in. There was not a lot of natural light in the areas we were working in, but they both made it look as though there was natural light pouring in from everywhere. 
Mike and Rachel also did a stunning job with the family pictures. They both knew who they wanted next and in what order. They were so organized it was amazing. I had been very worried about how they were going to keep with the timeline, having the whole family there and getting them into their spots. But they did it perfectly.
This was honestly the most beautiful I have ever felt in my life. Everything was so organized and effortless. We had an amazing time with both Mike and Rachel. They would both be my first recommendation as photographers without a doubt.
