We had 49 rooms booked at Embassy Suites in Parsippany and I want everyone to know they did a wonderful job. Part of the deal was we would have transportation included in the room price to and from the catering hall. Jennifer Anderson was my planner I worked with and I talked to her a lot. I was concerned because we had so many people staying at the hotel and I was concerned about having enough tables for breakfast the next morning and the transportation to and from the hotel. The nice thing about the hotel is that each room is a suite and that they have a free full breakfast in the morning. We had over 100 guests staying at the hotel, and everything went smoothly with the breakfast and the transporation. I was also very concerned with the transporation. We had the majority of our guests using the transporation to and from the hotel, and everything went perfect.
I would recommend the hotel hands down. The rooms were much nicer and larger than the Marriott which was the other local hotel. There prices were comparable to each other, but the Embassy Suites has a much nicer lobby and it was a pleasant experiance.
