Elli was such a pleasure to work with! She is a kind person, with a good eye for photos. She was always smiling and laughing with our guests, but had no problem directing people when needed. We would happily work with her again!

We booked her highest package which included engagement photos, a full 10 hour day of wedding coverage and super 8 film. We only had 45 guests so she did not have a second shooter, which was at our request to save some cost.

Photos: Overall, we love our photos! She really captured the details and the essence of the day. We had a long list of formal family photos we wanted and she knocked it out of the park with those! Our pictures were all clear, crisp and in focus with just a couple blurry-vibey ones for fun. We had a lot of different lighting situations during the wedding day, and she adapted well. She does air on the more moody vibe for her pictures which I wanted when booking. We had a few shots in a really dark room/ hall towards the end of the night which came out a little too dark to see anything, but there are a few usable ones. I would say 98% of the pictures are perfectly bright enough though! I also would have liked a few more full length pictures of me in my dress with my husband, so I would just ask for that when you write up your shot list. We had a small space to work with and I think that may have gotten in the way. Overall, we love our photos!

Super 8 Film: I am so obsessed with this video! We did not have a videographer for our day, so this was our only professional video. It turned out beautifully, and she captured the most perfect moments! I cry every time I watch it. It is definitely an old school film type and I had to explain to my relatives that we wanted it that way, lol. But we love it and are very happy with it!

Timeline: Elli is very responsive via text, email and phone call. She was very easy to get a hold of and receptive to changes. We appreciated that! The photo turn around time was on the longer end. Our contract stated 8 weeks for the full gallery to be done but I think it took about 10. She did get the sneak peaks out to me and the video on time. I also asked her for a few more shots for our thank you cards before our gallery came, and she sent me some immediately!

Overall, Elli was a dream to work with and she captured our special moments beautifully!

Elli went above and beyond for our day. She communicated so well and was so sweet, especially with all of our guests. The photos came back better than we could’ve ever asked for.
