My husband and I were so impressed with the organization and professionalism of Elkins. Jennifer was absolutely outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for a better location for the best day of our lives!

Everything was AMAZING! Jennifer was so on it and an amazing day of coordinator. We had a blast and so did all of our guests!

We hosted our destination wedding at Elkins Resort and couldn't have asked for a better location. Asking all of our guests to travel from Seattle, Spokane, Los Angeles, and Oregon -- we knew we had to ask them to come somewhere special and this was just the place. We started our long weekend off with multiple family dinners in the days leading up to the weekend. and had guests arriving throughout the week. On Friday night we welcomed guests with a beach bonfire on the beach with kegs, wine, S'Mores and hot dogs. It was such a unique and fun time.

The wedding day itself was perfect. We loved having all of our guests in one place. We opted for a tented outdoor reception in early June and even with some windy and cooler weather it was gorgeous and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The staff was so flexible with all of our requests and let us truly create an experience unique to us. Food was a big deal, and the culinary team didn't disappoint. Our dinner was DELICIOUS.

Jennifer was amazing to work with throughout the process and on the wedding day, as well. We can't thank her enough for helping us craft exactly the day we wanted.

I had the best wedding day! We planned our wedding quickly! I trusted this venue because I know how many weddings they do and it was no different with ours. The staff was amazing. The food, unforgettable and the view, breathless! We stayed an extra week after our wedding which made it the perfect wedding and honeymoon!

I will never be able to say enough good things about Elkins Resort, or do it justice for how amazing it was! The venue itself is perfection, nestled right on Priest Lake it is absolutely breathtaking. The staff is AMAZING!!! Jennifer and Dani help you plan out every detail for your special day and take the time to make sure it is perfect. Everyone that works there is absolutely wonderful, making your stay perfect! There are on site cabins for guests to rent, so it is such a fun weekend getaway with all of your friends and family staying on site- it makes it such a fun experience to have a whole weekend of celebration instead of just one day. The lodge is so cute and cozy, it is the perfect place for a wedding. We got married end of October so it was chilly outside, we had the fireplace going for the reception and it looked beautiful with all the lights and candles inside. We are still getting compliments about how beautiful it was and how fun the venue was. And, it makes the perfect place to celebrate your upcoming anniversaries! We cannot wait to go back.

Elkins was an amazing venue for our March wedding! We had over two feet of snow outside but Elkins staff worked hard to make sure the walkways and roads were cleared in time for all of our guests to arrive. The front desk, restaurant and bar staff were friendly and really made our guests feel special. views are spectacular and provided some excelent photo opportunituies for us with the snow. The cabins were clean and well taken care of. The food for the rehearsal dinner and wedding reception was fantastic! Kathleen Proud the coordinator at Elkins does an amazing job of organizing every last detail so efortlessly that as the bride and groom you really don't have to worry about a thing. All of our friends and family are raving about how wonderfull everything was!

We would definitely recommend Elkins to anyone who is looking to have a fun and easy going wedding in a beautiful location.

Great place to get married. They are helpful with the details. Food seems expensive, but worth it. Layout is not perfect, but the scenery and hospitality make up for it. Nothing beats Elkins views on a nice day.

Overall, great wedding experience. The location and food is amazing. There were a couple of mix ups with our guests and the cabins that they booked. They also forgot to set out the punch at the reception and nobody realized it until the next day.
Staff was very friendly and helpful with the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner. Setting aside leftovers from the wedding meal in the bride and groom cabin was a very thoughtful touch.

The Elkins Team were fantastic! They were really great about keeping in good communication especially since we planned our wedding from California with wedding party in Washington and Arizona. They were very helpful with the smallest details-like when the antique little wooden lawn ornament who held a directional sign to the beach ceremony's head broke off they were able to run it to the workshop and reattach it good as new. All the staff from the servers & bartender to the barrista, the front desk and the coordinators & owners were so wonderful!

The grounds and scenery are beautiful! The cabins are all very warm & cozy! If you have a large party that all want to stay together I checkout splitting the Chimney Rock cabin- It's pretty fantastic! Cabin 2 is also nice and fairly close to the beach. We decided to be a little bit away from our guests and stayed at the end of the lane in cabin 8 which was awesome!

Elkins also requires you to use their catering service for your events, but don't worry the extra bit of cost is really worth it! The food is fairly amazing from the make your own omelette in the morning to the huckleberry drinks at night- It's ALL good! We wanted to do a pasta buffet with a few different noodles and sauces for guests to choose from. Elkins kicked it up a notch and created 2 cooking stations with menus where chef hand cooked individual meals for each guests with whichever sauce, protein and noodle they preferred-AMAZING. Some of the front line guests even went back for more, although I'm not sure how they could fit it in since the portion sizes were so large!

Everything about the resort was wonderful and perfect! Every single staff member knew who we were before we arrived and all seemed genuinely excited to be apart of our wedding. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue!

Gorgeous setting and incredible atmosphere and we thought it was going to be perfect.
Many details were neglected, staff was not very nice, they did not
seem to care about the guests or details and were in a hurry to go home.
We felt like we were rushed and not important.
Details that had been planned for months were not executed and time frames promised
were not adhered to and changed upon our arrival.
Some of the staff does not understand customer service and do not know how to treat people.
We are very sad to have these memories and cannot trust this location again. We spent a great deal of money,
far too much to be this let down :(
