I worked with Steven at Elegant Parties for all of my rentals for my 11/5/22 wedding in Parkland. The week of our wedding, there was rain in the forecast and Steven worked with us from morning until night on all of the particulars to put a tent up at our venue. The tent, draping, and lights were absolutely stunning and fully transformed our outdoor venue into a truly magical space. The dance floor, chairs, and tables, were all in great condition and delivered early. Elegant parties was a great value for my small wedding. We rented about 65 chairs for my wedding as well as a beautiful chuppa for the ceremony. They set it up beautifully and everything went perfect. They also were quick to break everything down once all my guests left which was perfect!

Elegant Parties provided cotton candy for our wedding. What I can say is that I never had to worry about them. They showed up on time without question, got where they were supposed to get, and served cotton candy to our guests throughout the event. It was awesome not having to worry about it, and our guests loved the fun touch!

Elegant Parties is a A-Z type of vendor I recommend to anyone who is investing in an important event. From their prices to drop-off, setup & pickup all rental items with such professionalism as if they were hosting the party themselves.

I rented linens and chairs through elegant parties. A few days before my wedding, I called 3 times correcting errors on their Invoice to ensure I received the correct linens. On the day of my wedding, The linens were still not correct. I was short 1 linen and 2 of the linens were not what I ordered. On top of that, when I called someone named Rosie tried to tell me that the person that picked the linens up changed them... Meanwhile, they weren't picked up, they were delivered and the only person that has ever spoke with them is me. After I informed her of this she said she needed to look at my paperwork... So how do you know what I ordered if you don't even have my paperwork in front of you? Extremely unprofessional... Sent the wrong linens and shorted me a linen (meanwhile I had no linen for 1 of the tables) and then when I call about it they make up a story and are rude on the phone. I'm still waiting on a return call once they "talk to the owner"...

Elegant parties was great up until the actual day of the wedding (where it counts the most).... First of all, they were over an hour late the day of the wedding. Secondly, they did not set up things the way they were supposed to be set up. Lastly, (and the reason I will not use them again) at the end of the night the people coming to pick up the tables and chairs went directly over to where guests still were (after bride and groom left) and started pushing EVERYTHING from on top of the tables on the ground. This was terrible since all of the guests had not even left yet. There was trash all over the floors and in the lawn because they could not be patient and wait for the trash to be thrown away by the staff. This easily could have been avoided with a little big of communication. There was no reason to push things from the tables to the ground. Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
