One of the hardest decisions you make when planning a wedding is choosing a photographer to capture the moment. We are absolutely thrilled with our wedding photos! My husband is a photographer and we knew we had to find the right company we could trust but also one that could match our style of who we are as a couple. We're so happy we chose Earth + Moon and I can't recommend them enough. There was a hurricane on our wedding day so we had a plan A, B, and C, which all failed because of weather and other weddings. Joe was given very difficult situation with a time crunch and we had to work on the fly to make our photo session happen. He was so calm and professional and was running through the pouring rain to get the shots we planned on! From looking at our photos, you would have no idea how challenging the day was leading up to the event! Joe exceeded our expectations by 1000!

Before getting engaged, my now fiancé and I have always talked about what this moment would be like. I didn't care what the ring looked like or where he proposed, all I cared about was capturing this special moment to look back on for years to come. My fiancé hired Joe to capture our engagement at Long Beach Island, NJ. Joe captured the proposal by the Barneget Lighthouse followed by an hour long photo shoot on the beach. Not only was Joe professional, but he made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. Our engagement session with Joe from Earth and Moon Photography was the best! From beginning to end, the attention to detail, care, and kindness Joe showed us was unbelievable! Due to the ongoing pandemic, we were nervous about where we could take pictures safely but Joe helped us pick a location that wasn't heavily trafficked so we felt more comfortable. We messaged back and forth about the location for a few days until we found one we felt comfortable with that would help us bring our vision for our photos to life. He helped us decide which outfits would look best and tirelessly answered all the many questions we had leading up to the shoot! During the shoot itself, Joe went above and beyond once again, even staying longer to help us get our perfect pictures. We were comfortable and relaxed during the shoot because Joe gave fantastic direction and made us feel totally at ease, and it really shows in the final pictures. We are so, so happy with how the photos turned out and we are so thankful to Earth and Moon Photography for the memories we'll cherish forever!
