I went to Dulce alteration back in April 2023 for a consultation and they weren't able to work on my dress because it was 3 sizes too big , they advised me to get other seamstress consultations who possibly can work on my dress, after getting a few opinions from other seamstress I decided to get a new dress since the price range and the amount of work made me very uncomfortable specially knowing the style of the dress will change.
