We worked with DTJ Photography for several events but within the last year, our engagement shoot, my bridal shower, and our wedding! Across the board, Daniel and his team have been completely professional, understanding, flexible, and so so helpful in assisting us achieve our vision. My husband and I are not “photo people”- we basically have to be forced to take photos. But obviously, for our engagement/wedding year, we wanted to have these memories preserved right. My family has worked with Daniel previously, to photograph my sister’s sweet 16. We were so happy with those photos and the energy he brought with him that we reached out again for our wedding events. All photos for every event came out SO beautiful. For our engagement shoot we wanted two locations and he was very kind and flexible in those accommodations. For our wedding, he helped us pose and pick the right angles and backdrops and we are very thankful because on our own we would have no clue what to do! He made us feel like the stars of the whole evening. He is extremely responsive with all communications and was on time, ready to go and was so great even amidst a bridal party of 20 people, a bus ride, an anxious bride, a rowdy reception, and emotional parents :) I couldn’t recommend him and the team enough; really so great to work with and we are beyond happy with our photos of these events. We will always be trying to book him for special events moving forward! 5/5 recommend!

My FH hired Daniel as a photographer for our surprise engagement back in June 2021. We loved his energy, and his work truly speaks for itself - we were so excited to work with him again for our wedding in Oct 2022. He is not a light & airy photographer nor a super dark and moody. Daniel is a blend of everything, especially with vibrant colors, poses, and unique, unexpected shots. I am in LOVE with our preview photos, and I cannot wait to see the full gallery in a couple more weeks. Daniel is a gem - professional, responsive, amazing eye for creativity, and just overall someone I am so glad we went with for photography. We were so comfortable working with Daniel, and he made sure we had every shot we wanted before leaving. During our reception, he edited 10/15 photos and set up a laptop near the gift table to show guests, and even printed 10 polaroid images and left them in a beautiful F1 card (we are huge fans!) in our card box. It was such a fun surprise to come across while my husband and I opened cards the following days. If you are looking for a wedding day photographer, I highly recommend Daniel.
