Martin did an amazing job with the flowers for our wedding! I was laid back about what I wanted so I gave him a few ideas I liked and let him run with it - he incorporated the most important elements and turned the centre pieces into art. There were a bounty of different colours that were part of the wedding (the bridesmaid's all wore a different green or blue and the tuxedos were a chocolate brown) he managed to incorporate all of this beautifully into my bouquet. The boutineers looked stunning on the men and worked excellently with their brown tuxedos. The flowers were all fresh and magnificent. I had a few kinks a week before the wedding with some elements of the centrepieces that I had planned on bringing to Martin, but he was extremely flexible and did an excellent job of compensating for their absence. I could not have been happier with everything that he did for us - we got so many compliments!

I would recommend Martin/Drops of Jupiter to those who do not plan on micromanaging every nuance of their event. Martin is an artist first, and then a florist - and it really shows in the beautiful work that he does.

Martin is in Albany NY now and I believe he is actually moving to Nashville soon! I adored my flowers they were very beautiful. We only had the bridal party flowers done and a very beautiful arch done for the ceremony. Martin did an amazing job. He is a true artist not just a florist, and the price does reflect that. If you are looking for unique pieces with a bit of character and flare which will add that extra touch to your wedding look no further.

Please, please, pleaseee do not use this florist! I was so excited when I found Martin Dodge, the owner, as he claims he has worked in Hollywood (which a friend which suggested me said is true). It is hard to get a hold of him as he hardly picks up his phone because he has "bad network" and also is constantly changing his phone number. For my decor on the first day, he didn't finish the decor entirely the way I wanted it and claimed that it was my fault because I didn't pay him enough although he said he underestimated and that he didn't want to tell me because he figured I would have bigger things to worry about. The flowers on the wedding day were half spoiled and when i picked up the bouquet, flowers were coming out. As for the decor, the chase he used was all ruined and he said the rain did it. On the last day of the wedding, he didn't use the most expensive flower in my centerpieces, and then denied that we ever talked about it until I showed him the picture of the first centerpiece he had showed me that he decided on. He said he forgot to write all the details out in our contract and blamed me for asking for too much and told me that I can't always get what I want although I paid for it. When you are a professional and you make a mistake, you take the money out of your own pocket to make up for that mistake. He has yet to discuss a refund or anything like that. After messing up, he texted me telling me that I should look in the beauty of his work although it's not what I wanted, and has yet to apologize. In conclusion, PLEASE do not use this vendor.
