We had Lisa Brown. I had never used a travel agent before, and was leery about what kind of prices they would offer. However, I couldn't be more happy and impressed! We booked both our cruise and hotel at Disney through Lisa, and she has been extremely responsive and helpful! The cruise was the same price as on the website, but they also had on-board credit if we booked through them. The hotel ended up being an even better deal, because Lisa constantly checked on prices for us whenever Disney ran a special. We ended up getting upgraded to the Contemporary hotel with our food plan for a couple hundred less than we originally had quoted! If you're thinking about using a travel agent, I can't say enough good things about these guys.
