From the moment we first spoke with Tim Gilbert at the Doubletree, we knew that we would be thrilled with having our wedding at his facility. Not only was he very responsive to our inquiries but he was also very friendly and sensitive to our unique needs. When we saw how gorgeous the venue was, we immediately booked it for our ceremony, cocktails, and reception. The well-appointed facilities go well with any décor and the view from the 12th floor reception rooms is stunning. Tim was willing to work within our budget and negotiate items to help us stay within our budget and still receive a stellar quality of service. Every time we have visited the facility, the hotel staff always goes above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They are always friendly, helpful, and more-than-accommodating. Because of Tim's professionalism and dedication to our event, as well as the amazing venue space and staff, we highly recommend the DoubleTree hotel to others for their wedding or event planning needs.
