We shopped around a several places for rings and were not impressed by any others. Donna helped us pick out my engagement ring and truly listened to our needs and wants. She was not pushy at all! That was a huge motivation for us to purchase from her. We have enjoyed working with her so much that we've bought our wedding bands and earrings from her already. I would highly recommend going to her for any jewelry!

My husband (fiance at that time) took the information to Donnas Jewelry, and they were able to create and customize the ring for me, down to the tiniest detail. All of the diamonds are beautiful and the center stone is triple E.. I highly recommend Donnas Jewelry, and we plan on using them in the future and referring business their way.

The wedding band was also customized to compiment my engagement ring and match perfectly.

I came cross Donna Jewelry Co during my pre-engagement engagement ring shopping expeditions purely based on their location. They are the first booth when you walk into a Wabash jewelry mall. It's a family run business (it's named after their daughter Donna) and there is always a family member around. Danny and Jenny are the husband and wife duo and they are a pleasure to work with. They are patient and are definitely willing to customize anything and everything. If you stop by anytime, you can get your jewelry cleaned and/or shined and when you purchased jewelry, in my experience, it came with an appraisal (higher than for what I paid) with GIA certification. I felt their prices were very reasonable for extremely good quality. We recommend them to anyone that asks about a jeweler and plan to go back for any of our jewelry needs.

We used Donna Jewelry in Chicago for the groom's wedding band. We went the first time and got excellent service from a man who was very responsive to my fiance's different concerns and wants/needs. He narrowed it down to 2 rings and we decided to think on it. A few weeks later, we were back at Donna's and we were helped by a woman who knew exactly which ring we had been looking at when we described it. She was very knowledgeable about prices and production/shipping time and even told us options we had about ordering it straight from the company, or having them duplicate it there in the shop. She told us it would take 3-4 weeks to get to the shop, and it took 3 weeks and she was very prompt in calling to let us know it was ready.
