Facilities and Capacity

You can choose to host your reception in the Cellar, a dining room that oozes exclusivity. It is only accessible via a walkthrough of the restaurant’s kitchen, giving you the feeling of a true insider. This comfortable and private dining room features hardwood floors, ornate mirrors mounted on the walls, and modern light fixtures in the ceiling. You can accommodate up to 30 seated guests here. It is also wheelchair accessible for you and your guests’ convenience. This space is ideal for intimate dining experiences and rehearsal dinners. If you wish to host a grander function, you can choose a buyout of the entire restaurant. This will give you access to the entire public space of the dining facilities. You and your guests can enjoy the richly lit interiors, illuminated by contemporary chandeliers bouncing against dark colored walls. A blend of wood and leather upholstery runs throughout the space, giving it a distinct upscale feel. Artwork is also featured on the walls of the dining rooms for an extra splash of color and culture. This central dining room can comfortably seat up to 120 guests banquet-style.

A number of services are offered by the management of Domenica to facilitate your ideal celebration. You can work with the culinary team to design a menu from their celebrated creations, tailoring it to your taste. Tables, chairs, flatware, glassware, and glassware are also available for use during your event.

Cuisine

Executive chef Valeriano Chiella leads the creative charge in the kitchen. A native of Campania in Southern Italy, he is passionate about bringing authentic Italian cooking to the New Orleans culinary scene. His prior experience in various kitchens and roots give him an extra advantage when it comes to crafting memorable dishes for special occasions. Some featured menu items offered by his team at Domenica include smoked swordfish carpaccio, rigatoni, gulf shrimp risotto, and artisan pizzas.
