We had a luncheon for family after my daughter's wedding. The staff was willing to meet all our requests for seating arrangements, and menu (even with some of our family members having food allergies). The setting is quaint and perfect for a wedding luncheon.

We held a rehearsal luncheon the day before our wedding here, and Dogwood Terrace was excellent. We were able to get a personalized menu, flowers, delicious food, and great service for a very fair price.

I don’t know what their pricing is like because they were one of the two caterers we had to choose from as part of our venue package. I assume it is reasonable but I can confidently say whatever it is, it’s definitely worth it! Unlike the other caterer [Adriane’s Delectables] our taste-testing consisted of fresh food prepared by the chef who would serve it himself and chat with us about the menu. It was as if we had a private date at the restaurant. We were seated, offered wine and were given plenty of samples that were generous portions – definitely filled us up. Another thing we liked is that they immediately changed what they were going to serve us accommodating food allergies and special diets we discussed before the tasting began.

On our wedding day, the food was just as delicious! Although we had buffet style service, they brought fixed plates and waited on us (the bride & groom) to make sure we got to eat. They gladly prepared separate plates to accommodate food allergies and dietary restrictions of our guests. The staff was professional, friendly and did a great job. We couldn’t ask for more. They even packed us a picnic basket for our wedding night.

We used the Dogwood Terrace for our rehearsal dinner. They were SO accommodating! Everything about the dinner was super positive, we ate at the restaurant a couple times before we booked them and LOVED the food and our rehearsal dinner was no different, it was excellent. I was happy to find out that they put a small flower vase on each table and it was very nice and simple. We had the option to do a photo montage and just did't have the time, but I thought it was a nice option. Kelly and Missy were so great, they took care of all the details and I was able to enjoy my dinner & friends and family. I was concerned that the event wouldn't be structured enough (simply because I've never thrown a rehearsal dinner) but Kelly & Missy had it all down pat. The venue is so pretty and we received many compliments from our guests. It was absolutely wonderful to not have to worry about anything and once we got close to time and they sent the proposal over, it made everything so easy because they had a timeline & all the details. This was definitely a stress-FREE vendor. Would definitely consider them in the future if I need to host another dinner.

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars on responsiveness is because leading up to the wedding sometimes it was hard to get a hold of them, since it's a restaurant it doesn't open until 5 or so normally and then naturally during dinner they are quite busy. So please don't hold that against them. Once we got close to time they were ON IT. And I may have been a needy bride.
