The perfect, intimate wedding venue--even in the rain!
We absolutely loved our wedding day at Wahoo! I loved the convenience of having a wedding venue that already had everything you may need. Pam and the other coordinating staff were amazing and planning out our event and coordinating between our vendors. We had a super rainy wedding day, but they were able to go with the flow and make adjustments so we could have just the day we wanted (including a ceremony in the rain!). I couldn't recommend this space enough if you want a cozy, intimate wedding with incredible food, drinks, and service!

Recommend Wahoo!
From the first visit, to the planning process, to the day of execution, it was a pleasure working with Wahoo! Pam and her full team (Sydni, Alissa amongst others) were incredibly professional, responsive, and organized leaving us thoroughly at ease and feeling taken care of. The day of was perfect, and the team managed potential rain concerns flawlessly. We received numerous complements on the beautiful venue with the warm and intimate atmosphere, and the fantastic and attentive staff. It took a huge plate off our shoulders to have the venue also be a restaurant - we knew the food would be amazing even before the tasting. We highly recommend Wahoo! for an intimate, garden wedding vibe with fantastic food!

Magical Setting and Incredible Team
We absolutely loved our wedding at Wahoo! It was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we toured the space, we knew it was the perfect place for our day. The staff was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating, making the entire planning process smooth and stress-free.
On the wedding day, everything was flawless even with having some unexpected rain during the ceremony. The Wahoo staff were communicative and professional even while having to move plans around due to weather. The venue looked stunning, the setup was exactly what we envisioned, and every detail felt thoughtfully handled. Our guests couldn’t stop complimenting the atmosphere, the beautiful scenery, and how seamless everything felt.
The team worked so hard behind the scenes to make sure we could simply enjoy the day, and we truly felt supported from start to finish. We can’t imagine getting married anywhere else — choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made.

Dream wedding venue and team!
Our wedding was the best day ever and a lot of that was thanks to how organized and efficient our venue was! Pam and her team were so easy to work with, very professional, organized, and responsive. Our guests raved about the food and the gorgeous garden party atmosphere. We are so glad we we with Wahoo as our venue and can’t wait to go back as dinner guests for many years to come.

Beautiful experience!
As the parents of the bride, I must say Wahoo Grill exceeded our expectations for our daughters wedding! The transformation of the outdoor area was breathtaking! It was just magical and so intimate. The food was amazing and beverages were spot on! The whole event went off without any issues and that was due to the efforts of the owner, Pam, and her exceptional staff who worked so hard to make our evening memorable and fun for all in attendance. I can't thank Wahoo Grill enough for creating such a wonderful evening for our families and friends to celebrate the union of our daughter and our son-in-law! I highly recommend Wahoo Grill to anyone who wants to create a magical and memorable wedding experience!

We loved the vibe/look of the venue the first time we toured but Pam (the owner) really sold us on it during the walkthrough because of her attitude. She’s super sweet and made sure we knew it’s our day and she and the team would help bring our vision to life.
Sydney (our coordinator) was always responsive, and always provided the details we needed.
Our actual wedding day was amazing!! We leaned on them to keep us on schedule and they did amazing, even when there were curveballs. So many of the guest came up to us and spoke about how they loved the food!! As foodies, that was super important to us. And quite a few of them said they would return for a dinner with them 😊.

Grateful for Wahoo! Grill!
My husband and I got married at Wahoo! Grill on September 21st, and we can honestly say it was the best decision we made for our wedding. We hosted both our ceremony and reception there, and everything—from the atmosphere to the food to the staff—was exemplary.
The day began with my bridal party and me getting ready in the adjacent hair salon and the bridal suite, which made for such a relaxing, joy-filled morning. The food was absolutely incredible! We had a brunch wedding with no alcohol, but the vibes were still immaculate. Our guests haven’t stopped raving about how delicious and different the food was compared to other weddings. The French toast casserole in particular was a huge hit! Everything tasted fresh, and the presentation was beautiful.
The warm, inviting atmosphere was exactly what we hoped for. We knew early on that Wahoo! Grill was the right venue for us because of how attentive and genuine the staff were. During our tasting, another couple was having their own reception, and we were so impressed by how kindly the team cared for them—it sealed the deal for us.
Wahoo! Grill’s all-inclusive approach made planning so much easier and allowed us to stay within our budget without sacrificing quality or aesthetics. The package included a day-of coordinator—actually two! Amanda and Danielle were amazing, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the day. At one point, they even brought over a cooling unit during the reception so I wouldn’t overheat in the sun—such a thoughtful touch.
Leading up to the wedding, we also worked with Sydni and Alissa, who helped guide us through the planning process with monthly check-ins and detailed documents to keep everything on track. Planning from out of state while finishing grad school in Washington, DC wasn’t easy, but their patience, flexibility, and grace made it possible.
Finally, the owner, Pam, was so kind and reassuring throughout the entire process. Our wedding felt deeply personal, intimate, and joy-filled—everything we could’ve hoped for and more. We’re endlessly grateful we chose Wahoo! Grill and can’t wait to come back for anniversaries to make more memories.

My Son's Nigerian and American Wedding at This Magnificent, Fabulous, Amazing, Awesome and Excellent Venue!
The Wahoo! Grill Private Garden Magnificent! Fabulous! Amazing! Awesome! Excellent! I can never run out of superlatives for Beautiful Pam and her team including Sydni and Amanda! My son Jay and his bride Amarachi wanted a small wedding and I knew this would be the perfect locale! They pay such close attention to detail!
I love how they allowed us to utilize their items for free. They were great about incorporating all of the bride's desired decorations into their decor. They run their operation like a fine tuned machine and do not miss anything. I love how everything was inclusive. They do everything and you don't have to do anything once you've dropped your items after them!
The Fabulous American Cuisine was Delicious! Delicious! Delicious! Wahoo! Grill prepared full buffets of American cuisine Brunch style! If you haven't tasted the Wahoo! Scramble, you are missing a real treat!!! Our guests loved everything that was served! Everyone repeatedly commented on how beautiful the locale was and how delicious the food was. Thanks so much for making my son's wedding a marvelous day to remember!

Incredible, Easy Venue (With Great Food!!)
There are truly no words to describe how incredible our wedding was at Wahoo, but I’ll try. From the planning process to the day itself, everything was seamless. I had always worried I wouldn't be able to fully enjoy my wedding because I’d be too caught up in logistics, but that wasn’t the case at all. The entire day was perfectly timed and thoughtfully managed, which allowed us to be fully present. The ceremony and reception spaces were absolutely stunning. We needed minimal decorations because the setting spoke for itself. There were also small, thoughtful touches that made the day feel extra special, like having drinks and appetizers waiting in the bridal suite after the ceremony so my husband and I could share a private moment together. Wahoo is also incredibly transparent and easy to work with. I didn’t use a wedding planner and never felt overwhelmed. Every few months, they sent a clear, concise email with a list of to-dos or questions to answer, which kept me on track throughout the process. I also called a few times with questions, and they were always happy to talk things through with patience and clarity. They truly made everything so, so easy. The food was outstanding, too. We’re still getting compliments from our friends and family about how delicious everything was
