We were very pleased with the services that our DJ, Ryan Thomas, provided us for our Wedding. He agreed to setup his equipement first outside (for our ceremony) to play the processional and recessional music, and then to relocate it inside during the cocktail hour (where he had set up a separate set of equipment to play the music during the cocktail hour) so that he could DJ the rest of the wedding (the reception) inside where that was taking place. He was dressed professionally on the day of, he was on time (he arrived an hour early to setup), he blended into the background during the ceremony like we wanted and then during the reception he was more active and helped to guide our Guests' attention from one event to the next, also like we wanted. We had a pretty intricate introduction video with music for our entrance into the Reception and he even was able to navigate that without a problem! He was an excellent value for the services he provided, all of his correspondence with us (emails and phone calls) was prompt, and he even met with us in person (twice- because we were planning from out of town, so he met with my Mom and Sister the first time, and then after we hired him he met with me and my Mom again to nail down final details). He also has a wonderfully helpful worksheet to make sure you've nailed down all the details and that he knows everything that is going to take place and when and how, and he also was in contact with our venue- which helped make the day run smoothly without any communication mishaps.
