Wedding DJ

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! He was incredibly accommodating, especially considering how last-minute our wedding plans were. From the beginning, he helped us figure out all the little details we hadn’t even thought about—from the timing of different parts of the evening to choosing the right songs and making everything flow naturally.
We’re both pretty shy and definitely didn’t want to feel like we were awkwardly in the spotlight all night, and he was amazing at working with us to make everything feel comfortable, relaxed, and still really special. He listened to what we wanted, gave great suggestions when we weren’t sure, and took so much stress off our shoulders.
The music was great, everything flowed smoothly, and we were able to actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about what was supposed to happen next. We’re so grateful he was part of our wedding and would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a DJ who is flexible, thoughtful, and genuinely cares about making your day feel like you!

Chrissy and Josh - 7/10/26

We chose Excalibur DJ Services for our Jack and Jill in March and wedding in July after hearing about them from a friend, and witnessing them in action at that friend's wedding a couple years back. DJ Tom was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was attentive and educated in the wedding planning process and all things music! His website made making our playlists and wedding timeline easy. He gave great suggestions, while also giving us the freedom to personalize our own ceremony and reception. DJ Tom's style, sound, and lighting kept people on the dance floor the entire night! DJ Tom is also very personable and downright hilarious once you get to know him. We strongly recommend Excalibur DJ Services to anyone planning any event!

Above and Beyond!

Tom was absolutely incredible for our wedding. He made planning so easy with his website, with details for absolutely every aspect of our day. He had such amazing energy during every planning meeting, through every email, and especially during our wedding. We got so many compliments on how well our DJ did with announcements, and music selections that kept the dance floor going! He even handled every curve ball I threw at him. He went above and beyond the basic DJ when I asked him to make a specific mix for a surprise choreographed dance with my dad. He absolutely nailed it and it was better than I could’ve asked for. I can’t recommend Excalibur DJ services enough!!!

Perfect Wedding Day

Tom is a master of his craft! He was our master of ceremonies and DJ for our wedding at Union Station in Northampton MA this past weekend and I can’t express how happy we are with his expertise. He read the room perfectly and there were many compliments from the guests. The planning process was smooth and seamless, he had all the right questions for more information at all the right times, and his attention to detail was completely on point. I will be recommending him to anyone that asks!

Tom is the best!

Tom was so easy to work with right off the bat and his client portal that included a schedule and coordination with other vendors made him the easy choice. He went above and beyond finding traditional Ukrainian music, editing our first dance song, rolling with schedule changes during the evening, and being the best hypeman (even when the night was slowing down) make him an incredible choice to DJ a wedding! We would highly recommend working with Tom, he was worth every penny! And thank you again for helping to make our day run so smoothly and making our reception so much fun!

Wedding October 2025

Tom/ Excalibur dj services was so lovely and very affordable and met our budget needs. From the beginning, we got emails every few weeks to check in. We were able to schedule video calls with him throughout the year if we needed/wanted. I didn’t feel like I had to worry on the planning side of things as the forms we had to fill out were very detailed and was able to go through it with Tom closer to the wedding date. Everything went so smooth on our wedding day, was really good with our guests and was able to make everyone have a great time. So thankful to have such a good experience with Excalibur Dj services and would highly recommend!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the ceremony to the last dance, he kept the energy just right and made every moment flow perfectly. The music selection fit our crowd so well — from older guests to our friends on the dance floor all night. He was so professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process stress-free. Truly one of the highlights of our day. Highly recommend!

You best friend has the aux but also keeping to the plan!

Imagine have your most fun friend who gets your total music vibe in charge of your wedding. He is combined with the friend who keeps everything on schedule and keeps the party going !
