Tom was so easy to work with right off the bat and his client portal that included a schedule and coordination with other vendors made him the easy choice. He went above and beyond finding traditional Ukrainian music, editing our first dance song, rolling with schedule changes during the evening, and being the best hypeman (even when the night was slowing down) make him an incredible choice to DJ a wedding! We would highly recommend working with Tom, he was worth every penny! And thank you again for helping to make our day run so smoothly and making our reception so much fun!

Tom/ Excalibur dj services was so lovely and very affordable and met our budget needs. From the beginning, we got emails every few weeks to check in. We were able to schedule video calls with him throughout the year if we needed/wanted. I didn’t feel like I had to worry on the planning side of things as the forms we had to fill out were very detailed and was able to go through it with Tom closer to the wedding date. Everything went so smooth on our wedding day, was really good with our guests and was able to make everyone have a great time. So thankful to have such a good experience with Excalibur Dj services and would highly recommend!!

We couldn’t have asked for a better DJ for our wedding! From the ceremony to the last dance, he kept the energy just right and made every moment flow perfectly. The music selection fit our crowd so well — from older guests to our friends on the dance floor all night. He was so professional, easy to communicate with, and made the entire process stress-free. We booked Excalibur after going to a wedding where another DJ played! We had Tom for our events and Tom was AMAZING. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was absolutely wonderful during the entire planning process. Excalibur sends reminders out monthly with check lists and other helpful things. I was able to completely customize my playlist and I loved that. We had Tom DJ at our Jack & Jill and our wedding and he had the dance floor packed at both events the entire time! He went above and beyond for us and answered any questions we had, even if it wasnt related to the music part. He is personable, professional, understanding when I need to change songs the day of (lol) and hilarious! He definitely knows his stuff! He had a variety of music that got everyone of all generations on the dance floor, and that was my favorite part!! Highly recommend Excalibur and Tom!!!

We had Tom as our Dj for our recent wedding and he was hands down the best DJ that I’ve come across. My husband and I have Excalibur DJ Services to thank for making our wedding so amazing. I knew from the moment I got engaged that I would be hiring Excalibur to DJ at our wedding. Dave really knocked it out of the park and made us feel so confident that everything would be great on our wedding night. My main concern was that I didn’t have a timeline as far as the night, and Dave took matters into his own hands and handled it for me. All night I didn’t have anything to worry about and the night flowed perfectly from one thing to the next. Dave took the stress off my husband and I which made my night so much better.
The music he played had EVERYONE dancing nonstop, all night. Myself included! Some guests that I never expected to be dancing were out on the dance floor busting moves. It was important to me that there was music for the older crowd and there was. In fact, majority of the music was from 80’, 90’s and some 2000’s, and the crowd loved it and had a great time. It made my husband and I so happy to see everyone having a great time.
If you are planning your wedding, or even a big event that needs a DJ, I highly recommend you look into Excalibur DJ Services.

We were very happy with Tom and our DJ experience. He was friendly, professional, attentive and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted and also shared with us professional advice to help make the day go smoothly (e.g. how long an anniversary dance song should be). He respected our do not play list and took our song preferences and made them fit well throughout the night. Also, he wasn't too chatty (which is what we wanted) but in our pre-meeting discussions it was clear that he had done a lot of weddings and could be a flexible DJ depending on what you want. Tom had an extensive pre-wedding worksheet that was super helpful in keeping all of our thoughts in one place and we reviewed these worksheets prior to the wedding, which made us confident that we were all on the same page. Additionally we had Tom do the audio for our ceremony and cocktail hour and both went off without a hitch! Finally, Tom also did all of the lighting (up lighting, dance lights and our requested disco ball) which were never in the guests faces while dance i g and helped add to the overall atmosphere of the space. Overall we would suggest Tom for your wedding events.

We had Tom DJ our wedding on 7/2/2022, and can I just say that it was the best reception ever!!!!?! He had the party dancing all night, played all the best music, and even accommodated several "one more song" chants at the end of the night since no one wanted to leave! Tom was super personable and easy-going through the process, which made us feel confident and at ease that our night would go well. Their website also makes it really easy for you to customize your playlist which was a nice touch as we had several specific versions of songs we wanted to play! I knew Excalibur DJ was the perfect choice for our wedding right after our initial phone consultation. Tom was so excited and enthusiastic about all of our unique song choices and went above and beyond to find the exact instrumental versions of the songs we wanted. He also spent over an hour and half with us helping us put together an amazing dance playlist. It's been three weeks since our wedding and people are still reaching out to us to tell us how much fun they had dancing at our wedding. The dance floor was truly never empty!
On top of being a great DJ, Tom was also extremely professional and personable. He collaborated so well with the other vendors. He made artistic choices with the up-lighting (like lighting the cake table green which was so perfect!!) that completely transformed the room into the spooky/haunted vibe we were going for. We could not have asked for a better DJ! Lance was the dj for both our jack and jill as well as our wedding, and he was phenomenal!! Leading up to the wedding Lance and Tom both reached out to us numerous times to see if we had any questions and to let us know if we needed absolutely ANYTHING! We had several song changes throughout our ceremony, and even more song changes for our introductions to the reception and Lance handled it perfectly! He kept the dance floor packed and all of our guests danced the night away with the biggest smiles on their faces, and that is exactly what we wanted in a dj. Tom was the absolute best DJ for our wedding we could have asked for! I cannot thank him enough. We were on the same page when it came to songs, and he had the perfect suggestions whenever we were stuck on what song to use. I knew he would KILL IT and he did! He made our night magical from the songs, to the uplighting, to his awesome personality! We had so much fun, and so did our guests. I don't even know where to start. Tom was such a pleasure to work with from day one. Everyone told me since I started planning the wedding that the DJ really makes or breaks the party, and boy were they were right! Tom from Excalibur DJ services made our day picture perfect. My husband and I used Excalibur DJ Services for our wedding and let me tell you-- it was the greatest night EVER! From beginning to end, Dave was incredible. The communication and organization of Dave help made the night as epic as it was. The system they use to help plan the wedding, guides you through what you should be thinking about and allows flexibility to make the ceremony your own. Plus the expertise of Dave and his years of experience helped in talking out ideas.
Then the night of the wedding-- Dave's energy was AWESOME! He made sure my husband and I were having the greatest night ever. Very attentive. And people were dancing the whole night. So you KNOW the music was good!

Not only were they immensely responsive, flexible, and professional, but also very easy-going and have a great sense of humor! We knew right upon meeting them that we'd made the right choice, and they even stuck with us for not just one, but TWO reschedules due to the pandemic. We hired Tom last minute after having to change DJs due to some misunderstandings. Tom was super quick in responding to us , went over everything very thoroughly and was very organized. I loved that I was provided with my own online planning page to pick songs , list dances and info etc on there and Tom followed it to the T. I loved working with Tom! He is so down to earth, clearly loves his job and was very helpful and responsive during the planning process. He helped us come up with a few ideas on how to work out our timeline and is just very reassuring and positive - great qualities in wedding vendor for sure! We didn’t do too many extra things, but he was a great emcee and kept things moving along. He also found a couple of rare songs that we really wanted played which was great. My venue also knew him and had worked with him often and they had nothing but great things to say about him as well. I would definitely recommend him to DJ your wedding!

He kept us on schedule, got our guests dancing, and was so helpful in the planning process. He really put me at ease when we met with him the week before the wedding to review the final details. He is so down to earth and made us laugh which helped with the pre-wedding jitters. He helped us choose the rights types of songs for each part of the wedding and had some helpful recommendations. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Excalibur DJ services. My husband and I hired them to DJ our wedding. They came out before the big day and met with us for hours so we could figure out exactly how the music would go throughout the night (first dance, dinner, dancing, last dance, and everything in between). They were so incredibly thorough! And what I loved most about them is they knew how to have FUN which created such a great vibe for the whole night - everyone was on their feet dancing! They were so wonderful and easy to work with. They made my special night that much more special. I'd recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone. Thank you guys so much - you're the best!

Great experience, easy to work with
We had a great experience working with Tom from Excalibur DJ Services. He was easy to meet with, understood what we wanted, and provided great music throughout our entire wedding. Excellent, couldn't ask for a better DJ
Great experience all around. From moment we first met with Excalibur to the end of the party, they kept us entertained and made our guest feel like family. It was like we knew them all our lives. 150 percent recommend to any one who may want a great DJ and genuinely great guy.

We had the most amazing experience with Excalibur DJ Services. Their professionalize and response time was beyond what I could have asked for. As a bride, they made wedding planning very fun and easy. People are still talking about how fun our wedding was and how amazing the DJ was and we got married almost 2 years ago! A party to remember!
Dave did an amazing job DJing our outdoor wedding. Everyone had a blast dancing the night away. He was friendly and easy to work with. They have a large library of music to choose from and will work with you on what type of music you want played for the whole reception. I would highly recommend choosing Excalibur DJ services for your wedding!

They DJ both jack N Jill and wedding
They didn't just DJ, they became part of my day. The dance floor was never empty. Everything I asked for happened and then some. I am very happy with the service they provided for me. It was great to know I didn't have to worry about the music and introduction of everyone on the biggest day of my life.

Fantastic DJ
I was entrusted on hiring the dj and photographer for my Dads wedding. We were so glad we went with Excalibur, not only did Tom go out his way by that I mean taking ancient polka cassette tapes and making them digital to play at my Dads wedding he also got us in contact with a fabulous photographer. Amazing DJ!
We had Tom DJ at our wedding and I cannot day enough good things about him. From our meeting before the wedding til the time we packed up, the service was Five Star. He put up with last minute music and dance changes to some very drunken and rude groomsmen and their girlfriends and didn’t complain. He even tried helping with my pre ceremony breakdown that I was having. If you want a great DJ who is a ton of fun and extremely professional and an all around good company, go with Tom and Excalibur DJ Services.

We were extremely pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of Tom. He took the time to explain all our options and listened to our input for music selections, affording us the opportunity to select music we felt would be appropriate for our guests.
Tom, and Excalibur, really came through when our “planned” organist canceled playing for our church wedding music. On a short notice call Tom willing accepted to take on the last-minute assignment. He spoke with Karen to get the music list how she had planned it and provided the music for the ceremony. Throughout the reception Tom interacted with the guests and us taking requests and keeping the group lively.
Without any hesitation Karen and I highly recommend Excalibur DJ Services !

We were planning a wedding in the Berkshires we wanted to keep the wedding and the vendors local and, we were able to do just that. We heard of Excalibur through a family member and we are happy we did. He was so great, it was fun, lighting was included and for a 1st time married couple he walked us through the process. Tom provided us with great games one was the Shoe Game which was the highlight of our reception. Honestly the do services are our fondest memory of all our vendors. I would recommend these guys for any job! We truly had such a great time because of our dj!

You wont be disappointed
Dave and Tom were our DJ's for our wedding and what can I say, they were amazing! Tom was more then responsive and accommodating as to what we wanted at our wedding and very patient with my indecisiveness lol. They had everyone on the floor dancing and having a great time. Our family and friends loved the energy that Excalibur brought. We can't thank Tom and Dave enough for caring for our events! I highly recommend Excalibur DJ Services, you won't be disappointed!
