Colleen was easy to work with, and the food was absolutely magnificent. People are still talking about it, emailing me and texting me. The event was wonderful and the food was memorable and the attention we had from Cityview and from Colleen was fantastic. I highly recommend!

We cannot say enough about Colleen and her catering service Dish. Meeting with Colleen to begin with you could tell she was genuinely excited to be a part of our reception. She was extremely flexible, and absolutely amazing when it came to helping us put together a great reception.

So we thought to ourselves, how can this get any better? Well it did! The day of the reception we did not plan on ever seeing an appetizer, knowing they would primarily be for our guests, as we would be showing up much later than the others due to more photos. Well when we arrived and were waiting to go in to the reception, Colleen planted two of her servers next to us with trays of all of our appetizers. Which was absolutely amazing as we were all starving and needed some food!

Throughout the rest of the night neither of us had an empty glass, when it would appear we were getting low on liquid, there was a server or Colleen to fill us back up.

You would think the service would be enough to sell someone on Colleen and Dish. . . but in the immortal words of Billy Mayze "But wait! There's more!". The food was astounding! The only thing bad I can say about Colleen and her food is that she does not also have a restaurant where I can go and get this food every week!

Over all I would dare anyone to find better food and service with another catering company.

Colleen was the best! Her and her staff made sure our night was one to remember! The menu was awesome, the staff was friendly, and we were very well taken care of! She didn't want your everyday wedding food and Colleen made sure we got what we wanted! She worked with us to create a menu our guest are still talking about months later!
