Jhanvi & her Bombaytalk staff were our caterer for all of our son's wedding events and I have to say they are the finest, most dedicated, most professional serving highly creative and true master of all Indian delicacies!!!
The food was super delicious, with right temperature and most elegant presentation with attention to details. Each occasion they served unique mix of fusion of Indian cuisine with Mexican , Italian and American cuisine!! Her unique deserts were a big hit among guests and I till today I received compliments for food!! With proud we recommend BombayTalk for all your catering needs as we found them to be the best Indian caterer in East coast. They have worked tirelessly with us in all situations and amazingly found solutions and made our events a big success!!

Jahnavi, Murli & the entire Bombay Talk team spent months working with my family to perfect the menu for my wedding events. They maintained a "yes we can" mentality to every thing we asked, provided us with multiple tastings, and went above & beyond to make sure our guests were served with the best quality food. They worked with us to innovate our menu, brought new ideas to the table, and recreated ideas we had and brought them to life. We gave Bombay Talk quite a challenge with our wedding - we changed dates and moved up the wedding to just two months away, and asked them to scale back their usual large-crowd event planning for a smaller audience, in a totally new venue. They went above and beyond! We really wanted to work with them as I had grown up going to their Edison restaurant as a child with my family, and we had never been disappointed. So, my family and I were so appreciative when they agreed to take us on as clients, even if it meant delegating staff for a smaller, and potentially less-profitable event. They could not have made us feel more cared for. Everything about our interactions with Jhanvi, Murali, Jayshree, and all of the others was professional, reliable, and kind. On the day of, we felt so much peace of mind knowing they had everything handled and were coordinating so much with the rest of our vendors. Not to mention the most important part - our guests left SO full and so content. Everyone was so impressed with the food - and that is exactly what we wanted! And - they managed to do so for a mixed-race wedding/crowd! We didn't want food to be an afterthought, and Bombay Talk helped deliver. My family will be a lifelong customer, and we really extend our thanks from the bottom of our hearts!

It was clear from the moment we sat down for our tasting withJahanvi that these guys go above and beyond in both food quality and dedicated service. Not only did Jahanvi and Murali work closely with us to craft a unique menu for all of our wedding events (making thoughtful and creative suggestions along the way), they made sure the food was beautifully presented, and helped us craft our timeline. From the chole puri to the mexican samosas, from the corn bhel to the chocolate pani puri, the food was phenomenal. Our guests are still raving about Bombay Talk's amazing food and exceptional service. If you're looking for interesting, creative Indian food, fantastic service, and a caterer who is more than just a caterer, look no further. We got in touch with most of the standard Indian caterers all over New Jersey and Bombay Talk's food and fabulous customer service blew everyone else out of the water. We worked with Bombay Talk for the breakfast on our wedding day and the day after (August 25 and 26). We worked exclusively with Jayshree and she was fantastic!

Jayshree was so easy and great to work with. We are giving half a star less because there were times leading up to our wedding when Jayshree would be unresponsive for weeks. We would have to follow up with her with multiple calls, voicemails, and text messages before she responded.

Still, Jayshree was awesome because she was so flexible and helped us create the most perfect menu – even just for breakfast! We went back and forth a lot, changing our mind about a few dishes here and there but Jayshree was always patient with us and willing to work with us.

The food deserves 5 stars. The breakfast food items – both hot and cold – was all delicious and our guests loved it. We only heard good feedback from them!

We’ve also had Bombay Talk cater for smaller events at our house – at this point, 3 different times. Each time, the food was so yummy and our guests rave about it. Highly recommend working with Bombay Talk!

we were very happy with the food and its presentation. Only bothersome thing was that they calculated more guests than were present and charged more than the correct amount. Also charged high prices for add ons after contract was signed.
