At Diamond Exchange we are true diamond wholesalers and stock over 1,000 GIA and EGL, USA certified loose diamonds. After you pick out the perfect diamond we can design you the perfect mounting using our CAD program (Comnputer Animated Design). Say you already have an engagement ring, well we can also design the perfect wedding band to match your engagement ring!

Spectacular ring, and more!

My dad had gotten me a gift from Andrew that I loved around the time my fiancé was looking to get me a ring. After talking to my dad he went up to Diamond Exchange and showed him what I wanted generally speaking and Andrew/his designers handcrafted the ring. It is stunning! Wouldn't go to anyone else for diamond work. Significantly cheaper than going to Radcliffe or Smyth, too!

My mother in law found the Diamond Exchange a few years ago and remembered them when Nate was getting ready to propose and took him there. With her help Nate picked out my Spectacular ring, I couldn't have asked for anything more. it is perfect for my finger and has just a touch of a vintage feel to it just like my style. And most important we still could afford to go on our honeymoon. Thank you.

Andrew Rowdon and the Diamond Exchange was a recommendation from a friend of mine and I have nothing to gain by writing this review. Andrew takes very good care of his customers. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything in his store. Not only did I get the engagement of my now fiance's dreams, I also learned a ton about diamonds and the entire process. He is extremely responsive and provided great flexibility. He is willing to do what it takes to serve his customers in such a way that they are customers for life.

I was searching all over Maryland and Virginia for yellow diamond engagement rings. Of the very few I found, they were either designs I didn't like or priced ridiculously high (at Smyth and Radcliffe). I really stumbled across Diamond Exchange as my mother works in Hunt Valley and I could not be happier that I did. Andrew Rowdon had a yellow diamond in the size and cut I was looking for and worked with me to design the exact setting that I wanted and had it made and back to me quickly. He also adds a signature touch of engraving the initials on the inside of the band with a diamond between them and he found a yellow diamond to put there that matches the main stone. Great experience and I plan to go straight there for all my jewelry needs in the future.

I was recommended to use Diamond Exchange, and particularly Andrew through a few of my close friends that had recently purchased engagement rings. I was blown away with the ability to design the ring however we liked and get some really valuable and honest opinions and recommendations from Andrew which is super helpful when you want your one ring you buy to come out amazing. He kept me updated with pics along the way, and was blown away again when I saw the final product!! Hands down will not go anywhere else to buy any jewelry.

My experience with Diamond Exchange was nothing short of spectacular. I dealt with Andrew Rowdon directly who is an incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and easy person to work with. They crafted a custom engagement ring and wedding band which came out flawless and appraised well above paid value! I would recommend anyone looking for a fair jeweler to start with DE and Andrew.

I never felt any pressure when making a selection, but I also quickly found that I had access to a wealth of knowledge about diamonds and jewelry if I had any questions. Andrew and Jess have been super helpful on each of my visits, I am positive I will be making purchases there again soon. I continue to refer any family and friends to Diamond Exchange.
