This place is remarkable for so many reasons, but none of that could be possible without Maria & Sam. They are the textbook definition of what exemplary customer service should be. Both of them are extremely knowledgeable in their field and really made shopping for an engagement ring easier than I expected. Maria & Sam were so generous with their time and never hesitated to answer our countless questions. They really do care about their customers and want to ensure they make the right choice when it comes to buying such an important piece of jewelry. We love Diamond Center Inc! We used Sam & Maria to design my engagement ring and our wedding rings. We were able to custom design our rings and it was such an enjoyable process. We told them our budget and they walked up through all of the options so we walked away with the rings of our dreams. I had only bought jewelry from traditional retail before this but given how wonderful the experience was working with Sam & Maria, we will use them for our all of our fine jewelry needs.

This shop is in the downtown Los Angeles jewelry district.
My husband used this jeweler for my engagement ring. He wasn't sure what my size was and they offered to resize it for free. We came back 7 months later and they honored their promise. We went there together and purchased our wedding rings. The couple who runs the shop are extremely friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They were patient as well: I realized later that I had asked different forms of the same question about 3-4 times! They have a great selection and my husband was able to order a tungsten ring (he is a mechanic). Great experience and would definitely go there again!

My husband got my engagement ring here and we returned for our wedding bands too. He had been to about 15 other places before he finally decided to get my ring here. I got him a platinum band with flushed diamonds, I love seeing him wear it. They gave me a cash discount which is awesome. My hubby got me a gold band with yellow diamonds, I love it! I can't wait to go back and add a halo. The people that work here are very nice and don't pressure you at all. The quality of their diamonds is top notch and very reasonable prices. Very highly recommended, we'll be back!!

Our rings are absolutely gorgeous. The price was perfect, the service was perfect. We were able to customize the aspects of the rings we wanted to change, and we ended up with rings that will be complimented for years and years to come.

The woman there was so nice to us. She let me try on all the bands they had, and in the end, we ended up making a custom band! I was nervous to how it would turn out, but it was as beautiful as I imagined it! I couldn't be more happier with it!
The only thing that wasn't great was the timing. They had said they would be ready the first week of December and they ended up not being ready until mid January. It all worked out in the end because we didn't get married until February, but we were getting worried about it!
Can't wait to go back for more jewelry!
