Devin was our photographer for our wedding this September. Devin was amazing! So easy to work with, had fantastic ideas, understood our vision. My husband and I aren’t the best at being photographed. We feel awkward in front of the camera. Devin helped settle our nerves and focused on the candid pictures we were looking for! He was a hit with our wedding party and especially our flower girls! He asked one of our flower girls (who was in the bridal room while we got ready) that was getting a little antsy, to help him take photos around the property! She loved it! I cannot wait to see our photos! Especially a special night shot he set up! If you are looking for a great photographer please please consider Devin! Devin is awesome! He made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera and he is fun to work with! We even invited him to our BBQ coming up- he lives so close to us! I would recommend him to all my family and friends!!!

Devin was the absolute best photographer. He showed up 5 hours early to capture me getting ready for the wedding and even brought snacks for all us girls. He was very professional and so much fun. Our pictures turned out beautifully. We've used him a few times now for different occasions. Last month, my laptop crashed and all of my pictures were deleted. I contacted him and he graciously resent me all of our pictures. I highly recommend Devin!!!!

When I saw Devin laying on his side in a vineyard to capture the perfect angle for us, I knew we had picked the right wedding photographer. He is not afraid to trample through bushes, walk busy streets or lay down even in dirt. I don't recall him ever really asking us to force certain poses. He just captured us in our natural way, on the happiest day of our lives. The emotion in our photos is stunning. I've seen lots of other wedding photos & I smile knowing that ours are unique, fun, romantic and timeless.
Devin is easy going, yet accountable and very accommodating, even dealing with all of the pre-wedding nerves & jitters.

We hired Devin for our wedding in 2014 in Danville. Overall, we were very pleased with him and his work.

Pros: Great communicator. Nice guy. He did a good job of moving people around, directing the shoot, and coming up with fun ideas. He stayed with us all day and night, even to do a very fun trash the dress shot at the end of the night. He captured a ton of great shots, that we look back on right now with love. The guy is very talented. He was very affordable, giving us awesome value, with a ton of deals. We actually felt like he undercharged us.

Most reviews ramble on about the good stuff... But nothing lists the problems. That what everyone wants to know. So I'll lay it on you:

We didn't love our second shooter. I know Devin works with multiple second shooters, and I have no idea if this lady is still with him, but she was the exact opposite of Devin. No energy, didn't have a lot of ideas, and then would take 1 shot when we did hit a pose and then would move on. It was like she was saving film.

Devin gave us all the pictures from the wedding. I wish he would have split up the files into "the best" and the "raw", because the first time we went through it, the magnets was lost. Pictures of my dad and brother on their cell phones with their guts hanging it didn't transport me back to the day.

He seemed very busy at the time, so a firm date of when the pics would be ready was hard to nail down. If I were him, I would have said, "I'll get them to you by Aug 15th," and if they come in sooner, great! It ended up taking 8 weeks for him to get the shots to us

Overall, we were very happy, and we gave this feedback to Devin so he's likely fixed our bugs. I would definitely recommend him.
