There is not a better day of coordinator out there than Betsy! From the very first conversation with her, we had immediately confidence in her experience as a planner and coordinator. Betsy was always quick to respond and knew every little detail to remind us about while planning. She also did a fantastic job with all of our vendors, communicated with them and made sure everything was set up with them the week of. It was absolutely wonderful that she ran interference the week of and all throughout the day of. We literally did not have to worry about a single thing through the whole event because Betsy had it covered. She was so good during the day of that it did not even feel like we had a single worry as the hosts of the wedding. Betsy made it so that we did not have to worry about what was next or the timing of anything. We were able to enjoy every second of the wedding. She made our wedding amazing! When I first contacted Betsy in September of 2019, I was looking for a day of coordinator. I work events for my day job, so I really needed someone to be an extension of me to execute the day and Betsy delivered above and beyond! She thought of the small things I had overlooked, kept the day on time and stress free for us and our families. From the beginning of our planning experience, Betsy was organized and attentive to our needs for our wedding day. I hired Betsy for my wedding which was planned in April, but it got postponed due to COVID-19. Betsy was the best to work with during our hard time. Not only was she so flexible (she ended up creating a whole new timeline for us, since we ended up having to change not only the time but also the venue), but she was so helpful in asking questions I would have never even thought to ask.

The day of, she was so attentive and managed everything perfectly. She was able to get me and my husband some quiet time away from our guests, and she made everything flow so smoothly!

Betsy was the glue that held the day together (and a bit of my sanity as well.) When we first reached out to Betsy she had so many great ideas and advice that we ended up using. She also was extremely professional and treated us with great respect. One thing that stood out immediately is that she discussed our needs rather than treat the initial phone call as a gossiop session which some wedding vendors rely heavily upon. We knew she was the wedding coordinator for us simply for that reason. As our event drew closer Betsy's check-ins and updates were reassuring and helpful. The week of the wedding Betsy was indispensable as she became the main point of contact with vendors. She even came to the rescue with helpful contacts when one of our vendors canceled on us because of Covid-19. We couldn't have had the successful day of our dreams without her. She is a true blessing of a wedding coordinator.

Hiring Betsy to be our Day-Of Coordinator was the best decision we made! She was there for us every step of the way leading towards our big day. The day of, she was absolutely phenomenal. She assisted with everything, without direction. Also! She decorated our cake for us (with flowers provided by florist) & it looked BEAUTIFUL! What a surprise!

I sent a request to Details Details for a quote and Betsy replied. After meeting with Betsy, my then fiance and i agreed to hire Details Details as Day of Coordinator. BUT... Betsy is so much more than Day of Coordination. She was a perfect combination of Mary Poppins, Martha Stewart and Judge Judy. She made sure all of our vendor contracts were in order. When I was overwhelmed with DIY projects Betsy provided solutions. Our wedding day flowed seamlessly. Every moment we wanted was orchestrated by Betsy. When you hire Details Details you can become like the stress free bride to be I was on 12-21-19.

I searched for wedding coordinators who had simple but beautiful ideas, and nothing over the top, which is my personality. Betsy was the perfect find! She carefully listened to the general ideas I had, and provided valuable input to it. She is kind and thoughtful, and earnestly listens to you. She has some really good ideas that comes from all her experience at various events. She delivered way more than I asked for, and for a great value too! I found her to be reasonably priced and gave good ideas to find decor and vendors at good prices! I highly recommend Betsy! She and her team were so nice and kind to work with.

You get so much more than day of planning when you work with Details, Details. I had 2 in person meetings with Betsy before my wedding weekend. First, we ran through my vision and started a day of timeline. Next, we met at the venue so we could figure out the DETAILS of the day. She was there for our rehearsal and the day of our wedding. She helped in countless ways. She has a network she can pull from including day of rentals and servers. She is patient, kind, responsive, thoughtful and extremely professional. This was the best money I spent on my wedding and I got way more bang for my buck than I expected. I expected someone to be there the day of the wedding and nothing more. I could not have done this without Betsy and her team.

I cannot even put into words how amazing Betsy was! From the first planning meeting to the day-of. She completely understood my vision and executed everything beautifully! She took the vision from my head and our conversations and not only made it a reality, but amplified it. The level of organization and her attention to detail were highly impressive. She definitely named her business correctly! She brought so many little things to my attention that I had not even thought of and had everything planned down to the second it was supposed to happen--literally! Not only did Betsy execute the details of our ceremony and reception impeccably, but she was on top of EVERYTHING during the events and available for anything we needed and she did it with the best attitude!
