  They've got the details down!

  When I first contacted Betsy in September of 2019, I was looking for a day of coordinator. I work events for my day job, so I really needed someone to be an extension of me to execute the day and Betsy delivered above and beyond! She thought of the small things I had overlooked, kept the day on time and stress free for us and our families. Even during a pandemic Betsy and her team pivoted and made sure everything was executed to my vision and that we flowed through our day without worry! Highly recommend her for any event!

  Great Experience!

  From the beginning of our planning experience, Betsy was organized and attentive to our needs for our wedding day. As a day of coordinator, she worked with our vendors in the days up to the wedding and acted as a liaison in the day of the wedding. She did a fantastic job for us and we would recommend her for anyone interested in a wedding day of coordinator!

  Betsy is the BEST!!

  I hired Betsy for my wedding which was planned in April, but it got postponed due to COVID-19. Betsy was the best to work with during our hard time. Not only was she so flexible (she ended up creating a whole new timeline for us, since we ended up having to change not only the time but also the venue), but she was so helpful in asking questions I would have never even thought to ask.
  
  The day of, she was so attentive and managed everything perfectly. She was able to get me and my husband some quiet time away from our guests, and she made everything flow so smoothly!
  
  If you are thinking about hiring a planner, definitely hire Betsy. She is more than worth the price.

  The Absolute BEST Day of Coordinator!

  There is not a better day of coordinator out there than Betsy! From the very first conversation with her, we had immediately confidence in her experience as a planner and coordinator. Betsy was always quick to respond and knew every little detail to remind us about while planning. She also did a fantastic job with all of our vendors, communicated with them and made sure everything was set up with them the week of. It was absolutely wonderful that she ran interference the week of and all throughout the day of. We literally did not have to worry about a single thing through the whole event because Betsy had it covered. She was so good during the day of that it did not even feel like we had a single worry as the hosts of the wedding. Betsy made it so that we did not have to worry about what was next or the timing of anything. We were able to enjoy every second of the wedding. She made our wedding amazing! She has a wonderful personality and is a pleasure to work with. We are beyond happy that we found her and so grateful for everything she did for us. Betsy and her company Details! Details! are the absolute best!

  Betsy was the glue that held the day together (and a bit of my sanity as well.) When we first reached out to Betsy she had so many great ideas and advice that we ended up using. She also was extremely professional and treated us with great respect. One thing that stood out immediately is that she discussed our needs rather than treat the initial phone call as a gossiop session which some wedding vendors rely heavily upon. We knew she was the wedding coordinator for us simply for that reason. As our event drew closer Betsy's check-ins and updates were reassuring and helpful. The week of the wedding Betsy was indispensable as she became the main point of contact with vendors. She even came to the rescue with helpful contacts when one of our vendors canceled on us because of Covid-19. We couldn't have had the successful day of our dreams without her. She is a true blessing of a wedding coordinator.

  WONDERFUL! Highly Recommend

  Hiring Betsy to be our Day-Of Coordinator was the best decision we made! She was there for us every step of the way leading towards our big day. The day of, she was absolutely phenomenal. She assisted with everything, without direction. Also! She decorated our cake for us (with flowers provided by florist) & it looked BEAUTIFUL! What a surprise!

  More than a Day of Coordinator

  I started planning our wedding with a pile of wedding mags, a notebook and Pinterest. After DIY project fails I realized I needed help. I sent a request to Details Details for a quote and Betsy replied. After meeting with Betsy, my then fiance and i agreed to hire Details Details as Day of Coordinator. BUT... Betsy is so much more than Day of Coordination. She was a perfect combination of Mary Poppins, Martha Stewart and Judge Judy. She made sure all of our vendor contracts were in order.   Best money I spent on my wedding

  You get so much more than day of planning when you work with Details, Details. I had 2 in person meetings with Betsy before my wedding weekend.   Betsy takes all the pressure off you!

  I searched for wedding coordinators who had simple but beautiful ideas, and nothing over the top, which is my personality. Betsy was the perfect find! She carefully listened to the general ideas I had, and provided valuable input to it. She is kind and thoughtful, and earnestly listens to you. She has some really good ideas that comes from all her experience at various events. She delivered way more than I asked for, and for a great value too! I found her to be reasonably priced and gave good ideas to find decor and vendors at good prices! I highly recommend Betsy! She and her team were so nice and kind to work with.

  Super organized and so kind!

  I had no idea that I needed someone like Betsy to make my wedding day run so smoothly and make it so special. Leading up to the wedding, she was so organized and made me feel like I didn't have to do much at all. She is also the most kind and caring human ever! She even had things like hairspray and snacks for me and my family while we were getting ready before the ceremony. Betsy's attentiveness and responsiveness before and during the big day was so amazing and perfect. We could not have asked for a better coordinator. We felt that she went above and beyond her duties, and we are so so so grateful!!

  I've worked with Betsy and her team twice as a DJ. Wedding coordinators have a very difficult responsibility and it is is rare for me to leave a review for a business I've worked with. The "Details" aspect of this team is front and center. They are on point with every aspect from the get-go. The vendors are presented with a detailed and fully formed timeline of the event and map with easy to follow load in instructions. When we arrive, we are greeted by a friendly and happy professional who gives us the feeling that we're going to have a great and stress-free evening. I've worked hundreds of weddings and I can honestly say that this team rates highly above most. Thanks for making our's and the couples' experience enjoyable and productive!

She is worth her weight in GOLD and I could not have asked for a better day-of-coordinator. My day went so smoothly because of her, and I cannot say enough good things about her communication, professionalism, and vendor-wrangling skills.

  Details! Details! brought a great team with them for Day-of Coordination services. Since we were married in a barn, they coined themselves the Barn Wedding Brigade! Everyone in the wedding party had so much fun and we were able to enjoy ourselves because every little detail was executed by them....the food service, the decorations, the bar, the signage, even the end of evening gratuities for my vendors! Highly recommend!

  Made the Day Perfect!

  Details! Details! made our fall wedding go off without a hitch! So glad we invested in Betsy and her “Barn Wedding Brigade”, her fun team of planners, caterers and decorators that made our day everything we wanted it to be.

  Spectacular

  I want to recommend Details! Details! for anyone planning their upcoming wedding. Betsy met with me and my fiancé’ to determine our personal style and was available whenever we had questions. We didn’t have to worry about all the planning and could just focus on our vows and having fun. Betsy and her team of stylists did such a great job making every detail of the décor look spectacular. She’s very flexible with options we provided. Most of all, she listened to us describe our vision and then made it a reality this summer!

  Betsy and her crew created a beautiful photo perfect arbor décor for my daughters wedding on 8/31/19. She was so very easy to work with, professional and prompt. I provided her with the arbor dimensions, my daughters vision and she took it from there. The arbor décor was just beautiful. The wedding theme was simple elegance and that is what Betsy and her team created for my daughters special day. If you are looking for an event/wedding planner, I highly recommend Details!
