We decided to use Dell Brothers for our tuxes because they were extremely helpful when my husband was in need of a suit for an interview at the last minute. The overall experience was good, but I felt that they were a little rude. Upon our first consultation, I was informed that "Brides always bring color swatches" when they found out I didn't have any - I felt belittled and that it was implied that I wasn't a "real bride" even though I was a real customer! They also seemed condescending about the fact that I let my husband pick out the tuxes instead of telling him exactly what needed to be worn. I wound up changing some of my theme before the wedding and changed around some of the tux colors and my dad was given the wrong color (it was a previously listed color, and went with everything so I wasn't going to split hairs). When my mom called a few days before the wedding to find out the price of the tuxes (which we were never given a definite price, but I wasn't worried about that until the week of the wedding) and she was told that they wouldn't tell her the price - she needed to call the groom and tell him to call the store to find out the price, then call my mom back because that's "proper etiquette." I personally think proper etiquette is to tell someone the cost of a service they are paying you for, instead of berating them for wanting to know so they can plan on paying you! We also never got a phone call saying when the tuxes were in and available for pick up. Like I said, the actual service wasn't too bad, but there were some unsettling moments throughout the entire process.
