I met Elena when I decided to get my dress altered at Lillian Lottie in Scottsdale, AZ. I have never had a dress altered before and I didn't know what to expect for my wedding dress at all. I needed my dress to be let out a little on top and and the shoulders tightened. I didn't know how long it would take for her to make all the markings and talk about the changes to the dress that I wanted. I was in and out of the store in 40 minutes on the first visit. I thought that was incredibly fast and Elena knew exactly what she wanted to do to fix everything for me. She was very professional and the wedding dress came out beautifully. I couldn't be happier!
